Saw that movie for the first time in my life earlier this way.
It was good but I was really surprised that it was more dramatic than comedic as I expected. Somehow I thought it would be a bit more whimsical going by what I heard from it.

And only the last 30 minutes are not only Christmas time, but what everyone remembers from the movie.

And only the last 30 minutes are not only Christmas time, but what everyone remembers from the movie. Truth be told: Before actually watching the movie, I always thought the whole movie starts with the angel appearing before George and the whole movie would be visiting those spots how he touched everybody's life and how it would be if he wasn't there in time.

George should've been called out for his banking decisions. Blindly giving money to people who'll most likely never repay it and creating a housing bubble doomed to burst. Potter was the real hero of that film for being a frugal, sensible businessman.
PS. Not being serious.
