Does anybody remember a backstage interview(I think it was involving The Dudleys) where one of them said something involving "it's like fighting lions, tigers, and bears" and then the crowd collectively said "oh my?" I wish I can find that segment somewhere. Was that the TLC match promo? I believe it was Foley announcing the match and it was “Tables, Ladders and Chairs….oh my!..” Could've been, it was a long time ago so i'm a bit sketchy with the details. Also, I remember my brother(who I guess you could say was part of an early version of the IWC) discussing a rumor he read that "Stone Cold" Steve Austin would turn heel and join forces with Vince McMahon and The Corporation at Wrestlemania XIV, which would turn The Rock babyface by default. His explanation(that he read) was Big Show would defeat Mankind earlier in the night to become the special guest referee and turn on The Rock to give Austin the victory and the championship. It stemmed from a promo The Corporation did a few weeks back that they will protect the WWF title at all costs...not The Rock. So essentially, we would get the ending we got at Wrestlemania X-7 two years earlier. While the idea of that happening is interesting in theory, I don't know how that would play out given McMahon and The Corporation was feuding with The Ministry at the time(before merging together), and for Austin's newfound heel turn to mean anything, he would need to keep going in that role, which wouldn't make sense timing wise since he just feuded with Undertaker as a face. How would a Corporation-lead heel Austin work while feuding with The Undertaker's ministry? I can see The Rock chasing Austin for the belt in the immediate aftermath headed into Backlash, but other than that, where do you go from there? Would Rock win it back and then feud with The Ministry/Corporate Ministry. Did anybody else hear that rumor?

That Jerry Lynn promo was horrendous. I feel so bad for the guy. I wonder whose idea it was to put him in that spot where he had to do an on screen promo he obviously wasn't able to do. I'm guessing Jim Ross got blamed for it no matter what. I mean even if you're not the best at promos, you have to know that saying stuff like "well big WHOOPITY DOOOOO!!!" is not going to get you over in the Attitude Era. Or probably any era. My wrestling friends and I quoted this promo forever. We found it hilarious.

During Hassan's time in WWE, I remember seeing a fan bring a sign that said something like "Hassan, 7-11 is Now Hiring" It could've said Davairi though. That would not fly today.

I taped a random Smackdown during the early 2000's. There was a match that Rikishi had where he took a move (can't remember from who), where his little necklace broke and exploded all over the ring.
It happened so fast that no one knew what happened, and I only noticed after I went back and rewound it. Anyways, there's necklace beads all over the ring, including getting in Rikishi's mouth, which he spits out.
Tazz also mentions this, stating "What is that, mawbles?"
I wish I could remember when this happened and who it happened with.

I can't remember the ring announcer, but there was an episode of Raw in the mid to late '00s where they announced the following match was for the Cruiserweight Championship. The match was actually for the IC title. Even the commentators were baffled by it. This rings a bell. I feel like it was either Lilian or maybe even Todd Gresham randomly filling in. The Cruiserweight belt wasn't even on Raw at the time.

What was the match where CM Punk kept having a wedgie and needed to adjust his tights? I swear I saw something like that happen.
Another Muhammad Hassan one is where his voice cracked during a promo, like he was going through puberty.

I'm guessing Jim Ross got blamed for it no matter what. TBF, as talented as he is, Jerry Lynn is not a WWF/E style wrestler. He's a straight up wrestler who does his talking in the ring, not like Chris Benoit who at least had a certain intensity that got him over. His high-pitched nerdy voice isn't suited for promos either. It's actually amazing he was able to accomplish what he did(light heavyweight championship and that Judgment Day promo) in the little time he was there. I don't even think he made it to the Invasion storyline. He stuck around long enough to have a throwaway match with RVD on Heat, I think.

During his ‘89 NWA run, Muta had a match where he kept checking his junk. I don’t know if he had whacked his nuts or if he had his mist gimmick in his pants and it came out of its hiding place, but he kept peeking into his pants and fiddling around inside.

When Tomko and Snitsky were an ambiguously gay duo and John Cena walked in on Tomko rubbing Snitsky's back. I've never seen anyone talk about this and I remember it vividly.

I remember during the Vince's son angle, it was teased that Sandman was gonna be his son and the crowd were popping HUGE for it. I remember thinking "This is gonna be amazing"... Then it turned out to be Hornswoggle. Ugh.
A few months later, Sandman won a Battle Royal to be Raw GM and then Regal came out from under the ring and threw him out to win.
Another missed opportunity. Drunken Sandman as Vince's son or at least Raw GM would've been fantastic TV.

During the Bobby Heenan being fired on RAW segment, when he's outside, there's a really odd noise that sounds like an alien or something talking. It always gave me an uneasy feeling lol.
Edit: Starts at around 2:16 on the official WWE upload on YouTube..yep, still odd. ;P

Duke the Dumpster Droese finding a $100 bill in his trash can on TV one week & it never being mentioned again (I assumed they were setting him up with something with Ted Dibiase) This might have been in the build to the second In Your House show. The main event was Sid vs Diesel in a lumberjack match and they hinted that DiBiase was trying to buy off the pro-Diesel lumberjacks. There was an interview at the show with a bunch of the faces where Dok Hendrix tried to stir up trouble by pointing out expensive new purchases some of them had recently made. Of course, it went nowhere and Diesel win clean lol

During the MSG Battle Royal, The Bushwhackers make a kid cry... www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8Vl9NUIoFE" At about 3:05 Also, I remember during The Rock's feud with Billy Gunn in the summer of 1999, he was doing his usual trash talking and parodied Billy Gunn's entrance song with "I'm an asshole" and the crowd popped. Speaking of asses, does anybody Vince McMahon using the word "asschel?" I think he referred to it getting his ass waxed.

Does anybody remember the RAW that took place in Toronto where they brought Trish Stratus back for that one segment? I get it was in her hometown, but I would like to think they would at least bring her out for a one-off match instead(which they did for another RAW, I think she was teaming with John Cena).

There was an episode of RAW where Jonathan Coachman was singing "it's a small World after all" when interviewing RVD and Kane(who I think were tag team champions at the time) and then he somehow gets knocked out and then RVD goes "what have you been smoking?"
