I felt very conflicted. Hulk is a piece of shit human. He screwed up a lot of stuff I really liked back in the day. He's just a jerk.
But hot damn if I don't get a warm fuzzy feeling when I see that feathered boa and WHATCHA GONNA DO BROTHER...

Man, I got sad seeing that because it's only going to encourage them to keep doing shows like this.

Welp. Goldberg's winning the title. Hope you're all happy.

Wow, I didn’t expect Legends Night to move the needle that much. They were ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the demo as well.
Hour 1: 2.197 million (0.70 demo) Hour 2: 2.150 million (0.66 demo) Hour 3: 2.036 million (0.68 demo)

Can we have Kevin Nash instead of Johnny Gargano at NXT too?

It's whether or not they can sustain it. Popping a rating is no bad thing, but they can only hope that those people return next week (although I felt the show was awful, so we'll see)

Makes perfect sense they'd be rewarded for a hot trash bin of a show.

It'd be interesting to see a graph of every legends show to see how much even just the episodes where they know they'll pop a rating have declined over the years.

so Sting, Hogan, Flair and Goldberg still move wrestling ratings, and Halloween Havoc gave NXT a boost. Do they have any poles they can attach stuff to for the Rumble?

This is also the first week Raw didn't have to contend with Monday Night Football. Granted, that hasn't been much of a ratings killer for Raw as it has been in the past, mostly because a lot of the people who chose MNF over Raw have likely stopped watching Raw altogether. But I imagine it still has some effect on Raw's ratings. So it's likely a combination of a Legends rating stunt combined with no more competition from a sports juggernaut.
