tbh overall I'd put it
1. Seth 2. Reigns 3. Mox
With Reigns last 6 months really putting him above Moxley. But in 21st Century wrestling this is like asking me to rank the Beatles. Even if we're working out who is 3rd out of Macca/Lennon/Harrison, that guy is still Macca/Lennon/Harrison in their field.*
*Before anyone grumbles, Ringo was the Thomas the Tank guy for my generation so obviously I love him and all.

Not sure who’s #1 between Roman and Moxley, but Seth is last every time. Something about this dude just makes me not even want to bother with him. He’s a black hole no matter what he’s up to

I’d say depending on the year/time of their run it’s a dead heat imo. Yeah it's an odd one, they've all had unwatchable periods and carried their respective shows, there's often only been a brief period of time between these. Their low points are rarely their fault. I'd say Mox >> Seth > Roman on balance. Mox winning on variety. However ask again in six months it could all change.

Its hard to not see them as 1a, 1b, and 1c as they've all had top runs. But, forced to choose their "peak" forms:
- Moxley (made the entire wrestling world eat crow after leaving New York, for counting him out) - Kingslayer (the was a time he could do absolutely no wrong, despite garbage booking) - Tribal Chief (Only ranked low due to the character still being in its infancy, but this time next year can easily be top of the list)

Mox - was a top guy in two companies
Reigns - would've been lower if not for his tribal chief run. Has all the kayfabe accolades you could want, but has now found a character with some meat to it
Rollins - the best worker, but his character seems to be either 'whiny heel' or 'whiny face'.
Still, hats off to all three of them.

Roman Seth Dean
I do think when or if Ambrose comes back he will be booked a lot better in general.

Probably Dean Moxbrose, Roman, Seth...
I think in general Seth is better than Roman in the ring... Roman's can do better with character work (When he has something to actually work with)

- Moxley (made the entire wrestling world eat crow after leaving New York, for counting him out) Who counted him out? He left because he was creatively frustrated and wanted more freedom, but I always felt that he was treated well up until he announced his departure.

In-ring:
1. Rollins 2. Reigns 3. Ambrose
Promos:
1. Reigns 2. Ambrose 3. Rollins
Overall:
1. Reigns 2. Rollins 3. Ambrose
The Shield was great but I wasn't a huge fan of any of them individually until this recent Roman run. Roman was awful for years until recently, Ambrose's look and wrestling style with his hokey punches are terrible to me and Rollins is just lame a lot of the time, especially when he's a face.
They're all fine talents but if these are the guys dominating the business and considered THE top 3 talents I can see why wrestling has such a niche audience right now.

A year ago I would've said:
1. Ambrose 2. Seth 3. Roman
Ambrose remains my favorite of the three, but it's tough deciding between Seth and Roman for the #2 spot right now. Roman's heel run has been better than anything Seth's ever done.

In my eyes it has always been
Moxley Reigns Rollins
Rollins athleticism allows his in ring work to be overrated. Both Mox and Reigns have much better structure in their matches.
And it’s not even close character and promo wise. Reigns and Moxley can at least be convincing heels and faces. Rollins only works as a heel.
