Rank the shield guys from best to worst

It’s been over 8 years since the shield formed and they def made a major impact on the industry. Now how would you rank them? Based on performance. This includes Moxleys run in AEW.

I’d say:
1. Moxley/Ambrose
2. Seth Rollins
2. Roman Reigns

Seth is best in the ring, but his character work is not up to the same level

Before Roman came back I would rank him 3rd but he’s definitely #1 now and it’s not even close. This is coming from a Mox fan too.

Honestly, it's Moxley, Roman, then Seth.

It's not like Seth isn't a huge talent, he of course is, and he's in great shape, but he sometimes acts like such a twerp in a way that make it harder to get into him. Not even talking about Twitter or anything, it's just his character so often has an inherit whininess to him that makes it harder to take him seriously. Roman is third in terms of skill, but he has had more stuff I'd happily return to than Seth does.

I also don't think it helps Seth that they sometimes give him dog shit to try to make work, like the worst Hell in a Cell match outside of maybe the Kennel match, as well as the stupid eye gimmick.

That said, all three are people I think highly of.

It's Moxley by a long way. I might potentially have Roman above Seth because I've heard good things about his character but I've seen nothing but Wrestlemanias from WWE since late 2018 when I finally gave up. So the ranking of Segh and Roman is based on their work pre 2019.

God this is difficult. If strictly WWE, then Ambrose is last but the current Moxley run is bringing him into line with the other two. Reigns/Rollins have main-evented Wrestlemanias and been the focal point of their brands whilst Mox has led the AEW revolution with a big title reign.

I'm sitting on the fence and saying all 3 are equal as my answer, but with a gun to my head...
