I skipped most of the aughts so I didn’t have the warm and fuzzies from tonight. When Lashley was eliminated I was disappointed, and when Edge and Christian had their huh, I pretty much tuned out (to be fair, I was at work). When Edge won, I was thoroughly disappointed that I hadn’t found any 99 cent coupons for my yearly Rumble watch this year and actually paid $10 for this.
This isn’t to shit on the quality of the Rumble itself or any previous matches, again, I was working so I don’t think I could pay enough attention to actually judge that. It’s just the usual Rumble critiques coming back into play (stupid saves, wasted entries, disappointing final four, disappointing winner).
