Roman, although I really don’t think he has Rock’s or Cena’s personality to make it very far in Hollywood Here’s the thing. You never really know. Hogan had the MOST personality and then sank like a rock in movies. Roman could easily make a living taking b level action movies or whatever scraps Jason Momoa turns down. Edge was in a bunch of movies and TV shows and I love the guy but he’s not a good actor to say the very least Right, and I am sure a lot of people thought Bautista would have a generic "big guy" post-wrestling wrestler acting career. He instead has managed to become an actual star who genuinely gets to show some range.

Romans having his definitive run, while Seth's made it clear he wants a higher position in the top echelon of WRESTLING with his call outs (ie. Punk, Omega) do my choice is def the latter.

Right, and I am sure a lot of people thought Bautista would have a generic "big guy" post-wrestling wrestler acting career. He instead has managed to become an actual star who genuinely gets to show some range. Yeh but Batista's saving grace was his amazing comedic timing, which Roman has not show. That has helped him a lot, yeah, but he also is good at displaying a lot of emotion, which came into play for Guardians of the Galaxy 2, and the Blade Runner sequel, where he has a small but very significant part that was definitely not comedic. He's also in the upcoming Dune in a significant part, so I think he's seeing the fruits of his labors pay off. Roman, yeah, I doubt he's going to have that skill set, but he may rise to the occasion and surprise us all.

I don’t think Roman is a regular performer when he turns 40, whereas I’d be shocked if Seth isn’t still one when he turns 40

Roman can probably be the "we have Jason Momoa at home" guy, just be a big, jacked, handsome Samoan that you use if Momoa isn't available.

I really don't think Seth would mind working on the indies if the WWE were to go out of business tomorrow. I remember seeing him at shows in the middle of nowhere that drew no one, just because he wanted to wrestle

I think Roman will transition into acting.
