Back in 2008-2012ish I feel like everyone thought Cena would stick around longer than Orton because of his worth ethic and passion, but the opposite happened. Now how about Seth and Roman? I think Seth will last longer. I can see Roman going to Hollywood

I don't think either is in a hurry to go anywhere else, but I voted Roman. I think that between the leukemia bouts and just having reached the top like he has, he might decide to retire eventually while he's still comfortable and having a good standard of living.
Seth has been a family man for less time and hasn't reached the same heights quite yet, and while he's had injuries, he hasn't had cancer flare up multiple times, to put it frankly. I think he's going to hang on longer.

Considering the nature of Roman’s health, the volatile nature of the pandemic, and the gigantic in that his megastar cousin has for him, Roman has about 2 full years before he ditches the ring for Hollywood. Without a doubt he’ll be going out with his best work.
Rollins is a lifer. Can’t really see him doing anything outside of wrestling. Becky Lynch, on the other hand...

Rollins will never leave. He has too much food to put on his table.

Roman, I believe. His health being a major factor in that decision. He also said when talking to Corey Graves that he was fine if his career was done because he would put that aside for his family
Also a bit in character in that interview, he hinted that when they find the new man they want to put the cards behind he doesn't mind stepping away. However, he said the person has to take the top spot away from him, he won't just give it away
Besides that, he also has his cousin if he wants to do movies. Roman has a movie star look and if he has the passion for it, he can carve a niche which will be way less demanding on his body
Seth I think will probably take time off but never outright leave. Tho I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves WWE either. If anything him and Becky might be like Edge and Beth except Seth won't retire due to injury but they may want to start a bigger family and spend that time

Roman. Might be 3-5 years from now, but between his health, his family, and possible acting opportunities, I can see him walking away (after cashing in on a big run first).
Seth, as others have said, is a lifer. I see him sticking around as a coach when the time comes. The only way I see him leaving altogether is if he's fired.

I don't see either one going anywhere for a while. Roman has more connections to Hollywood, but I'm not sure either has amazing acting chops. Although I suppose if that's something to base it on, a lot of actors in movies that Showtime and Netflix have on their apps would be out of a job because there's some truly F-level scripts and acting out there.
I will say that Rollins is for sure a WWE lifer, I can never imagine him leaving for another promotion and he's one of the few guys that seems better suited for WWE. Like he's truly bought in to that mentality and what they do. Like with Orton, he'll be a guy that's probably never seen as "the" guy, but always bouncing back and forth between upper mid-card and world champion. With Roman, I get the sense that the second he gets demoted from the centerpiece spot is when he'll bounce. To be fair, there's a long list of guys who didn't want to stick around just to be the warm up act after they were presented as the top guy for a long time.

Roman has far greater crossover potential into Hollywood, even without the Rock having his back.
Rollins could best hope for a role as “Goon #7” in an Adam Sandler movie

Roman will get real offers outside of the ring. And he's got health issues. He'll be the first one gone, easily.
Seth... I don't think he has any appeal outside of wrestling. He's much closer to being like HBK. He might get a magazine cover here and a guest spot in a TV show there, but that's about it for outside-the-ring stuff. He'll be considered to be big shit in pro wrestling but most everybody outside of the pro wrestling circle would be like "who?"

Also, he’s not his buddy (as far as I know) and Sandler loves to cast his buddies. Roman. Hopefully for the positive reason of Hollywood or venturing into something else or being a family man, etc, etc.

Roman has already walked away because of his health before. Am sure he would have no issue doing it again.

I could maybe see Seth going the fitness celebrity route, really go all-in on being Crossfit Jesus, but yeah, I don't think he's demonstrated any acting potential, exactly. He's a good looking guy, but has a pissy aura around him.
Roman's occasionally put his foot in his mouth, but he more often is able to have a bit of presence.
Seth ends up coming across like the guy who would unplug the N64 if he was losing at Mario Kart. Hopefully that tapers off now that he's a dad, but that's just the current reality.

Roman easily. I think that the only way that Seth goes first is if he bumblef***s being a husband and pisses everyone off. Hopefully that won’t happen though.
Roman will almost inevitably go over to acting at some point.

Between the ever-present possibility of another cancer return and his budding movie career, definitely Roman. Seth screams "WWE Lifer" to me.

Neither really have a future outside of wrestling.I dont think Roman can act even in B movies but I guess it is not impossible with th WWE and Rock connections
I could see Rollins leave earlier because he has more milleage and a career with crossfit.

Definitely Roman, for the aforementioned health reasons and the odd cameo in one of his cousin's movies.
I could imagine Seth doing a run in Japan if he ever got bored in WWE, but barring a significant event, I could see him staying for the long haul.

Rollins has a total wrestling skill-set and he drank the kool-aid. He's going to be the one of HHH's wrestling kids who never abandons him, even if it's for the same "where else would he go?" reason HHH's attempt to be a movie star never took.
Roman's a charismatic, good-looking guy who is finally getting another chance to show that presence and charisma he has for the first time since 2015, and maybe even that he has some legit acting and character chops to go with it. He's going to get offers to do stuff outside wrestling, and the second he takes another one, the company is going to sour on him because Rock and Cena left them. And I'm betting Roman's life experiences mean that when he sees them starting to get cold on him because they're afraid he'll leave, he'll be smart enough to know he can and should leave.

Roman, although I really don’t think he has Rock’s or Cena’s personality to make it very far in Hollywood

Roman, although I really don’t think he has Rock’s or Cena’s personality to make it very far in Hollywood Here’s the thing. You never really know. Hogan had the MOST personality and then sank like a rock in movies. Roman could easily make a living taking b level action movies or whatever scraps Jason Momoa turns down. Edge was in a bunch of movies and TV shows and I love the guy but he’s not a good actor to say the very least
