When I got my last phone I decided to just stick with what came with it.

But I’m on silent 99% of the time, though now I miss calls because the 2020 iPhone SE vibration is so weak I can hardly feel it.

My default ringer is the Dark Order theme. Important people get personalized themes. My Mom's ringtone, for example is Stewie saying "Ma, Momma, mommy, etc."

That said, it’s always on silent. The text noises bugged the dog and I learned I really liked not hearing every ding and noise the damn thing made. My grandparents calls always ring but that’s it.

On my old phone when I customized it and didn't just leave it on vibrate had Navi's HEY! as my message alert.
