Roswell Conspiracies: Aliens, Myths and Legends had a really good finale that pretty much tied together all the different plot points, had some great action and really good drama to it as well.

Clone Wars. Having the entire last act have no words yet still make you cry? That's some power.

I was quite fond of how Steven Universe Future ended. I know some people weren't, but also this is my post, so whatever. Clerks' 6th episode being the end is kind of hilarious in that it wasn't intended to be, but the way the episode is constructed, it still kind of works as a weird bookend to things.

Batman: The Brave and the Bold Was going to come in and say this. The first time I watched that ending monologue, I was genuinely touched by it. I can imagine any kid watching would have been too.

Jackie Chan Adventures
Sonic SATAM
TMNT 2003 with the "Turtles Forever" movie (even if I disagreed with the portrayal of TMNT '87)
And I know TF fans give it no end of grief, but Beast Machines.

Can we count Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie? Guess we can. I'm counting Ed, Edd & Eddy's Big Picture Show.

I like the end of Home Movies was Brendan dropping his camera and breaking it.

Can we count Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie? It's a satisfying close to the first chapter of Helga and Arnold's arcs, but it's not the finale in Craig's mind, he wanted a sixth season, and he also wants to develop The Patakis spin-off eventually.
