Capitalized it to help avoid confusion with the other thread.
Feeling like a no-brainer for 30 for me. Very well-paced show, most of the finishes are satisfying, only real bad match is Taker / Lesnar and that's 1), understandable and 2), actually kind of better on a rewatch when you know you're seeing the streak on its deathbed, and Bryan / Triple H and the main event are both fantastic.
Mania 35 I feel like was on track to be up there but it just loses momentum after the Kofi title win between several bad matches in a row and just the show overstaying its welcome. It's still probably second place though.

31 was great. One of the best mania main events with all time great ending. Great ladder match, Rollins/Orton, cool nWo/DX showdown, even if it's played out.
And Rise was a kickass theme

i gotta agree with WrestleMania 31. The build to it was weak but the show delivered. EVERY match mattered and delivered. Lot´s of mark-out moments: the best RKO in history, DX/nWo run-ins, Rusev on a tank, the cash-in, Sandow turning on Miz, I was live at 29,31, 32,33 and 34. 31 was by far my best experience. While 30 and 35 had it´s moments, there was a lot of filler in those Mania´s. So therefore 31 is my No.1.

Yeah, it's 30 by a country mile (with 31 bringing up the rear). Every other strong Mania this decade has the obvious weakness of just being too damn long.

It's crazy how many main events didn't deliver last decade. That Roman run of main events from 32-34 was especially brutal. More than any other PPV I think if a Wrestlemania main event is weak it hurts the entire show. I would say the only main events that lived up to the hype were 26, 28, 30 and 31 so therefore I'd probably say one of those was the best.
I think 31 was the best overall show. It just flowed very well and nothing dragged on for too long like seems to happen most years. There wasn't a bad match on the card. Even the worst ones (probably Undertaker v Wyatt or AJ and Paige v the Bellas) were decent compared to the worst of most of the other shows.

I think 30 is one of the best Wrestlemanias period, not just the last decade. There have been some good shows, but 30 felt like not just a show but a momentous event, sort of like 3.

30 is the best, with 35 just behind it.

1) 30- Emotional ride. Bryan's win plus Undertaker's loss. It Could have used one more match BUT it doesn't take away it's place in history 2) 35- Great matches until the last 90 minutes where the crowd was burnt out and filled with squashes until the Main event, which nobody really cared about because of fatigue. Bryan/Kofi in hindsight should have closed. I get the historic perspective of having the ladies end the show, but Kofimania was an emotional ride, that I feel like the crowd would have woke up for it. 3) 31- What a surprise this show turned out to be. Great moments and matches. Memorable ending. Only knock is HHH winning but even then the match was fun to watch. 4) 26- To me the blue print for card structure and build for a mania show. STACKED card. Not sure if all the matches lived up to the hype, but it was enjoyable. Mr Wrestlemania rides into the sunset. 5) 28- If you can get past 18 seconds, it's a great show. If 18 seconds changes into at least 10 Minutes, it could challenge 30 for the number 1 spot. HIAC, Punk/Jericho and Rock/Cena were great. 6) 34- This is where we reach mediocre-to bad show territory. Tale of two halves. Started off great. Opening triple threat is a match that deserves more love. Ronda Rousey blew me away with that very impressive debut. Great to see Bryan return. But the last 4 matches disappointed and ended anticlimactically. Had Styles/Nakamura delivered it would be a much better looked at show. Roman should have won here just to end the show on some sort of upswing. 7) 29- This is a weird one. I was there live for it. It wasn't a bad show per se, but not a good Mania. I remember talking to other fans, when leaving the stadium that night, and the overall feeling was "meh." Nobody felt cheated or angry, and glad they got to take in mania, but not much to talk about. I really like the Shield Opener and Punk/Taker. But too many rematches and no Doplh cash in is lame. To me if this was any other non Big 4 ppv, it's a good show. Just insufficient for Wrestlemania. 8) 33- Terrible main event, and the title matches didn't turn me on. Although Brock/Goldberg was a fun sprint, wasn't feeling it for a title match. Same for Orton/Bryan. This show needed more hot title feuds. Hardys coming back was great, but in retrospect it killed Enzo and Cass. Not much to talk about here imo. Perhaps if it was truly Taker's last ride, I wouldn't be so down on it. 9) 27- Hey, it's not Mania 32. 10)32- Drizzling shits. Bad booking, no great matches. Long for no reason. Injury plague bit them, but they could have done more.

I would definitely say 30. Great matches with a lot of satisfying finishes. I really enjoyed 35 and 26 too. Like 30, 35 had the right booking decisions for the most part and a lot of satisfying finishes. Even though it maybe underachieved a little I liked 26 a lot too. It was a well structured card that kind of reminded me a lot of the old Wrestlemania cards from back in the day with how it was layed out.
I'm surprised to see 31 getting so much love. I remember that show being such a drag to get through. Maybe it's better then I remember but Sting losing to Triple H just really deflated me and took out of the whole show.

I agree that that match and finish were a disappointment, but I stilled enjoyed 31 overall.

31 or 30 depending on the day of the week
Brock ending the streak was really stupid... as long as the fact that it led directly to Brock unstoppable suplex city always champ Brock
equally as baffling was Triple H beating Sting

26- To me the blue print for card structure and build for a mania show. STACKED card. Not sure if all the matches lived up to the hype, but it was enjoyable. Mr Wrestlemania rides into the sunset. If it wasn't for Bret/Vince being a complete disaster I wouldn't hesitate to say that was the best of the decade. I loved that show and it was perfectly paced other than that match. I'm one of the few who prefers that Undertaker/HBK match to their match the year prior. In-ring wise I'd say they're pretty much the same but I give this one the edge due to the extra emotional stakes with the retirement stipulation. Edge/Jericho I think is basically the same as Punk/Jericho two years later. While I don't think it quite lived up to the hype it was still a good match and Jericho winning was a legit shock and pleasant surprise to me at the time. Even the matches a lot of people thought were too short I really enjoyed like Punk/Rey, the Legacy triple threat and the tag title match. I wish Wrestlemania had more fun sprints like those (and Angle/Rey/Orton in 2006 or Goldberg/Lesnar in 2017). Even Cena v Batista was only about 13 minutes of all action with these two juggernauts smashing each other. I'm not against long matches but I kinda roll my eyes at some of the more recent Wrestlemania cards when I look at it and think oh, there's at least 5-6 matches there that are going to go 15-30 minute. Sometimes less is more. Edge-Orton last year went at least 10 minutes too long and the year before that it was HHH/Batista.

I think 26 is the one Mania that would have really benefited by another hour, or even just happening a few years later when streaming the pre-show was viable on a massive scale. Imagine if ShoMiz vs. Truth and Morrison got to have 10 minutes on the pre-show instead of three on the main card, you got to see the battle royal live, and the six minutes of entrances and ring time freed up from the tag title match got added to Rey vs. Punk. Just those small changes alone would improve the whole night massively.

30 and 35 (which gets dinged due to its sheer length, but I put it up there because it was booked with making people happy).

30 & 31 were both tremendous. If I could reverse either the Cena/Wyatt or Sting/Triple H results, they'd be perfect.
