This isn’t exactly going to be massive topic but I found it interesting and it wasn’t going to fit in the specific Peacock/HBO Max/Disney+ threads so here is how it’s going to work in terms of content going to services in the next few years, especially with Universal and Sony that don’t have the same international presences as the others.

I'm kind of curious as well, as international rightscan be a pain in the ass to work out. Disney+ is getting ready to launch here in Korea, and we have Marvel stuff on Netflix for a while until recently. You could watch shows like Titans and Close Enough on Netflix as well.

A lot of that stuff, it seems, depends on who gets the rights on where because over here at least, Stargirl is an Amazon exclusive and Black Lightning (along with Titans and Close Enough as you said) are Netflix and the other shows (your Flash, your Supergirl, your Legends) are all on regular TV like Sky. What makes the film stuff interesting is that Netflix’s deal with Sony seems like it’ll be international and US which isn’t usually the case and kind of a big deal, especially considering Disney+ gets that stuff after the first period ends. And for Disney+, that doesn’t account for past films which are Netflix exclusives but future stuff so Netflix gets the latest Spider-Man before the people mostly paying for Spider-Man get it on their service which is kind of wild.
