The British version of Being Human lost all its original cast about halfway through the series. Ditto Misfits. Also notable because it lost it's location. Handled it really well though, kept the feel of the show and essentially the same dynamic but without them being exact replacements character wise.

Yeah but that’s kind of by design.

Scrubs.
Only Turk and Dr. Cox were left as main cast members from the first season by the time the show finished it's ninth season, although all the former cast members made guest appearances in Season 9 except Carla.

Survivor. They seem to get rid of one person every week that it always ends up with two people by the end.

Spin City was a good sitcom, not just because of star Michael J. Fox, but I felt it had a really good ensemble cast that went 8 or 9 deep.
Then when Michael J. left the show due to health reasons, at least 3 other regulars decided to, uh, go back to their home planet. (Although that might have been due to cutting back on the show's budget because they knew ratings would drop following Fox's exit but they still wanted to squeeze a bit more juice out of that apple.)

I could be wrong on these as I've only recently started watching Arrow through Netflix and my knowledge of Baywatch comes almost exclusively from Allison Pregler reviews, but - For Arrow, only Ollie and Dig made it from start to finish as regulars, although almost every character from the shows history showed up in one form or another as it was leading up to the end. For Baywatch, nobody, from either the early seasons or its mid-90's glory years, made it to its curtain call. Including David Hasselhoff. Spin City was a good sitcom, not just because of star Michael J. Fox, but I felt it had a really good ensemble cast that went 8 or 9 deep. Then when Michael J. left the show due to health reasons, at least 3 other regulars decided to, uh, go back to their home planet. (Although that might have been due to cutting back on the show's budget because they knew ratings would drop following Fox's exit but they still wanted to squeeze a bit more juice out of that apple.) Spin City basically did a reverse-Cheers. It started out as an ensemble program with a large cast and turned into a "will they/won't they" two person show for Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear.

couple of British examples
Teachers, ran 4 series with none of the same regulars there by the end (some supporting characters appeared throughout), including killing off two of it's original characters (along with a 3rd) between series 3 and 4
Not Going Out, currently up to 11 series with only Lee Mack being there since this beginning, Sally Bretton as been there since the 2nd and many would think she's been there since the beginning

The UK version of Shameless lost 1 or 2 main cast members every single season until by the end I think only Frank(and possibly Karen?) were left.

Are we counting Saved By The Bell: The New Class as part of the original show? Well, New Class itself. From S2 till the end, the only constants were Belding and Screech for the most part. Still a good chunk of regulars, but the end of Are You Being Served? kept Peacock, Humphries, Brahms, Slocombe, and Rumbold. Harmon if you count people who were there for awhile while not being there from the start. Lucas and Young Mr. Grace were gone. Others came and went by then. Wasn't In Living Color like this? Game show example: the last episode of the original Hollywood Squares did NOT have Paul Lynde. The other former regulars were gone by then too, due to passing away and otherwise.

I believe Vince McMahon is the only active cast member left from the first episode of RAW.
If you count his character on the show as active.

The difference in quality between the first 2 series and the woeful last 2 series is incredible.

The original run of Doctor Who closed pretty much this way, as will the modern show when the time comes.

The original Law & Order last few seasons were unrecognizable from the first season. It's like it wasn't even the same show. Even the theme music changed and although they were still doing the "ripped from the headlines" the first season was so much grittier. I still enjoy the last few years but it's like comparing the WWE version of ECW to the original ECW.

It’s what they did.

I was just thinking about this the either day as well. None of the kids who graduated were the ones who started school in season 1 This also applies to the cast of Hang time except the girl on the team and the original head cheerleader

Happy Days was another, moreso if Joanie Loves Chachi was a hit and Joanie, Chachi, and Al never came back.
