For me it was the bit in 'The Terminator' where Kyle dreams about his life and this MF shows up:
That image was seared into my mind as a kid.

Seeing all-action hero Arnie as a pregnant man messed with my head for a while.

Joker taking an acid bath in the 1989 Batman.
The opening of GI Joe: The Movie where Pythona breaks into the Cobra base.
THAT scene from Who Framed Roger Rabbit with another acid bath.

Moomins had the scariest soundtrack when something bad was 'bout to happen.

The Blank, from Dick Tracy. That moment when the character is first introduced and he’s just staring at the camera was unnerving to young me. And I would not want to hear that voice in a dark alley.
The Foot Clan’s ambush of Raphael in the 1990 TMNT film. Like many young Turtles fans, I knew the franchise through the cartoon and was unaware of its much darker comic-book origins. This was a far cry from what I watched on Saturday mornings, when the Turtles found themselves in a sticky situation but everything was resolved quickly and they were right back to eating pizza. This was sheer savagery.
Also, when Tatsu beat the shit out of that young Foot Clan member. It took a while before I was comfortable watching it.
The severed-head scene in Ghostbusters 2–I always left the room when the movie reached that part.

Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru's skeletons in Star Wars.
The face-melting scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Large Marge in Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.

The scene in Batman (1989) where The Joker uses his Joy Buzzer. I just wasn't expecting that kind of scene in the movie or something quite that freaky...
