Here is one guy who if, built up right, can be a spark to either roster.
So if he's ready, where do you send him?
To Raw against Bobby Lashley for the WWE title?
To Smackdown against Roman Reigns for the Universal Title?

His not being on the main roster isn't a question of if he's ready for it or not. He's been beyond ready for it. Hell, they made him the first Universal Champion and probably would've had a nice, long establishment reign for it if Seth Rollins didn't injure him. It's a matter of choice. He was miserable on the main roster and made the move to NXT of his own volition.

Yes, Finn needs to head to Smackdown. Finn vs. Roman would be a great story if they played off of history. Finn came in and on his first night in the company took down Roman to punch his ticket to SummerSlam. Can Finn take down this iteration of Roman? The story writes itself.

The butterfly effect would be: Balor has a healthy and lengthy title run Goldberg doesn't show up Shane vs. Brock at Wrestlemania Owens and Jericho feud without the universal title Jericho doesn't get angry their feud didn't include the title Jericho doesn't leave WWE Jericho doesn't go to NJPW Jericho doesn't meet Omega Jericho doesn't start up AEW with Omega and company Crazy. One injury changed the course of the business. |

I don't want Finn on the main roster ever again. I don't want to see anyone move from NXT. Too many examples to name here as to why.

I had some problems with Finn's character in NXT, but it was still better than the bland smiley guy they made him on the main roster. Knowing Vince, Finn would be stuck in a feud with Corbin again. |

This is definitely believable too. Roman says he finished off the Smackdown locker room, only for the Demon to show up. And beat him in 5 minutes. I'm talking absolutely putting Balor back on the map. And Roman can whine and say, he didn't get a chance to scout his opponent. |

Finn doing his tryhard angsty NXT thing then getting Superman punched in the mouth would be hilarious. Dude was dynamite in the ring, but his character was so fxxxing goofy.

Imo, and it may sound like an unnecessary reach, but I think Fin needs to be the Demon King for all of his matches. (Not for promos and other segments) That's what will make him marketable and win over the casuals en route to a steady push.

The clear better choice is Smackdown but my gut says, if he does return to the main rosters, It’s going to be RAW.

If his first run is anything to go by,no because Vince will get bored with him after a month or so and he'll end up as he did before. He's perfect for NXT.

Smackdown could probably use him more... but currently if he shows up now.. Roman beats him easily and Finn is made to look awful the entire time because that is basically how all of Roman's feuds are.
But as said Finn is in NXT because he wants to be.

If he’s just getting fed to Roman, then put him on Raw. In front of live audiences, he’s getting the biggest pops there.
