Probably not COVID related, he was already having health issues a few years ago, but regardless way too young to go.

I would have thought he was older. When I got into lucha in 97 he looked late 40s.

Damn, that's a real shame, he was such a legend to lucha libre. RIP Brazo.

It feels like the Mexican scene has had a rough few years. So many legends passing away before they even hit their 60s.

That really sucks. The lucha scene seems to be having a very rough go of it in recent years.

Rest in peace, Brazo de Plata.
I'm also a little surprised at his age, I thought he'd be older. I've got a couple of mid-80's lucha recently and Los Brazos are featured in a bunch of matches.

Really unfortunate. I had heard somewhere or other that he had been having health problems, but still, not even 60. That sucks.

Interesting to see Tanahashi getting pinned clean by Brazo de Plata at the height of Tanahashi’s power as the New Japan Ace.

I would have thought he was older. When I got into lucha in 97 he looked late 40s. I'm surprised by how tall he was. He was 1 inch taller than Eddie Guerrero. For some reason, I thought he was a "little person" or am I mixing him up with someone else?

WWE did put him in the Minis Division for some reason to be fair. Oh, so I remember correctly. Somehow his stats on the internet are f***ed up. For some reason I read 5'9" before I made that posting, but now I get 5'7", which is much more likely. Still, way too tall for the "Minis", but much more likely to how I remember him. R.I.P.
