What’s this? Oh, nothing really. Just Christopher Daniels having his first match since the tag title loss on Dynamite with Daniel Garcia. No big deal. He was announced for the Cruise so he had to be making a warmup to a comeback sooner than later.

There's a bloody good reason why Danielson went out of his way to talk about him in the media scrum.

ITT a pile of people that don't watch Limitless wrestling I had never heard of Daniel Garcia until last year when he showed up in Limitless. And this kinda proves my theory that almost all the big indies and all the big nationwide feds keep a close eye on Limitless. Cause look at the Limitless title history. First champ was MJF-Who after losing the belt went to MLW and now AEW. 2nd champ was Retro Anthony Green-Got signed by NXT and worked there as August Grey for a bit and is now back in Limitless. 3rd champ was Christian Cassanova-Who not long before he won the belt was offered a deal with ROH,then wins the title and gets signed to NXT. 4th Champ and current champ is Daniel Garcia. Even if you don't have IWTV,goto the Limitless Youtube channel and watch some matches. I know at one other person here was watching the weekly Limitless show last year and this year.

He’s gonna be the next Bryan Danielson. I don’t even think that is hyperbole.

Not only do I appreciate how good Daniel Garcia already is... but I really appreciate how Punk in ring is looking better and better every match he has. That rust is wearing off.
Dude's busting out more moves. He's looking way less gassed and going longer. AND he gets Sydal next week. Shit's great

Forget the 4 pillars of AEW this dude is the pillar. When it comes to The Four Young Pillars? Like AEW wrestlers under 25? He's one of them. Not even a doubt in my mind The others to be would be Lee Johnson, Griff Garrison, and Dante Martin to me currently. Anna, Julia, Skye Blue and Riho are probably the names for the girls... yes Riho is 24.

Gave Punk his best AEW match yet. I am not surprised how all-in they are on the guy when I watch him. He’s fricken great.

I think the story of his match with Mox was massively underated.
In the pre-match promos and commentary they sold the idea Garcia had to go the extra mile and wrestle the match of his life to even to stand a chance. That led to him bending back on a submission to apply more pressure than normal and as a result put himself in range of the bulldog choke. One of my favourite finishes in recent times.

I keep liking this kid more and more. Great match with Punk.
When him and 2.0 showed up on the scene, I heard about them being a comedy act and useful jobbers. But these cats have been thrown in there with Punk, Mox, Sting and Darby, that’s some of the biggest names in AEW, and Garcia and 2.0 made it work really well. Much more than useful jobbers, they made everything fun and believable. I’ve quickly become a fan of this trio. They’ve handled being in the spotlight with the big dogs like vets.
And if they keep Garcia heel, shoot, I almost think he should surpass MJF as the future top heel of the company. Yea, I think he’s that good.
