And let's not be so sure this isn't the start of the end for the Elite overall. Cole isn't a guy to take a back seat to anyone and they do have their history to touch on if they want. Cole could easily tear them down from the inside. Punk is there and I think Omega basically called him out at the end and he doesn't exactly stand for that stuff. Christian and JE have still been screwed over by them many times, including tonight. And some dude named Danielson just joined their cause. And all this ignores Hangman and the DO who have a heap of revenge to seek. Remember that episode of Raw in 2004 after Taboo Tuesday, when Bischoff got pissed and said he was taking the night off and the wrestlers were running Raw? That saw Evolution decide they were running the show, and throughout the night there were hints that the locker room had enough of Evolution's shit, and the episode ended with the faces surrounding the ring making sure that Evolution got their asses kicked? That's gotta happen soon on Dynamite.

What’s the opposite of misery booking? Euphoric booking?

Last night, the Bucks loss really came off like an incredibly cathartic experience. And I love the Bucks. Partly because of their booking, probably partly also because history of LB but either way..a job well done that was partially made by all the “terror booking”.
And mark my words, Cole is going to build dissension, Kenny’s going full Ahab, and Bucks/Kenny will probably make a face turn upon losing to Hangman, one big happy family and then boom, Adam Cole and some new super heel faction of his strikes. A ghost never forgets.

If you really want to end this story properly, the Bucks take the titles back and lose them to The Dark Order on the same night that Page beats Omega. It also works because Bucks vs Lucha Bros seems like one of those forever feuds where they will be rivals their whole careers. So going back to that well for another title match won't annoy the fans so much.
