Cedric Alexander seems likely to go and I just don't see a future for Shotzi at all.

This is probably the first time I can remember in forever so many people have openly wanted out...having other places to go does that. I've heard a lot of people say that WWE resembles the latter days of WCW because the shows have little or no long-term planning, or the top spots are held by part-timers. But the biggest resemblance I can see is the way the talent openly lash out at the company, how bad it is to work there & such. There'd be loads of dirtsheet interviews, radio interviews & shoot promos from wrestlers saying how burned-out & miserable they are, & management & upper-tier wrestlers would criticise them right back.

The way I sort of see it, the question should less be who is next to leave but what's WWE going to do to prevent people from leaving?
Because one of the things that stood out during those press interviews after the show wasn't the fact Cole and Bryan were bitter about leaving but more about that Cole and Bryan loved where they were and the people around them...and left. That's pretty damning for two big names in different levels of your company to do that, especially one of them happening the way it did in Cole. And that's not to say WWE can keep everyone, nor that they should try and keep everyone, but it comes off like your company is old hat at the moment.
It feels like we're almost reaching a point where "offering more money" isn't going to quite do it for everyone anymore and WWE's going to have to try a different tactic or at least hopefully think outside its own boundaries to keep talent and keep them fulfilled. We're basically hitting the "Marc Mero is the first guy to get a guaranteed pay contract" stage of all this.

I think today's WWE resembles CMLL.
