I’d say it was Drew last year, but I feel like E is gonna have somewhat of a decent reign (as there is nobody worth dropping it to yet), maybe drop it to a heel Riddle after Mania. I say draft Drew to Smackdown and have him beat Roman, then at mania 39 you can have a match between the two and see who is the FOTC

Yeah, he'd basically have to be, at least for the moment.

Didnt he basically just win a cash in?Kinda early to say he is the top male babyface, lets see how the run turns out.
Kayfabe wise Drew is probably still a more "proven" competitor for example.

Big E might well be at this point. I mean, over on Smackdown one has potentially two. However, Brock is an unknown quantity at this point because he's been a heel so long and because this feud with Roman is more akin to watching Tyrion and Cersei CleganeBowl; and Finn's less Jon Snow and more Arya Stark these days.

He isn't because he hasn't been to built up to be. WWE have just panicked and thrown the belt on him. Not saying they now can't build him up into being the top face, but I'm sceptical that they have any serious plans in place for him as champ.

This plan has reportedly been in place for months, dating back to when last night was the original date for the WWE Draft. It's a bit disingenuous to call it a "panic" move.

If that's the case you'd think they'd have done more to position him since WrestleMania. I honestly can't think of anything meaningful he's done since the Crews feud ended. Maybe they intended to warm him up via the Aleister Black feud.

I think given the ball he's going to run with it and do well, but we'll see.

Sometimes the briefcase holder goes on a losing streak before cashing in but Big E was kept strong.
