Wow. Just... wow. This is such a tough choice.
My vote goes to Arrested Development.
Seinfeld was and still is great, but AD just took the sitcom as a whole to an entirely different level.

Arrested Development advances to tomorrows finals. Here's today's match. South Park www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmOPYLbHUbYAir Dates: August 13, 1997–Present Episodes: 153 Cast: Trey Parker (Stan Marsh; Eric Theodore Cartman; Herbert Garrison; Officer Barbrady; Terrance; Timmy; Ned Gerblanski; Satan; Randy Marsh), Matt Stone (Kyle Broflovski; Kenny McKormick; Gerald Broflovski; Pip Pirrup; Jesus; Jimbo Kearn; Phillip; Saddam; Various Others), Isaac Hayes (Chef), Mona Marshall (Sheila Broflovski; Linda Stotch; Various Others), and Mary Kay Bergman (Wendy Testaburger; Liane Cartman; Sheila Broflovski; Sharon Marsh; Mrs. McKormick; Mayor McDaniels; Ms. Crabtree; Principle Victoria). Premise: South Park is an animated series featuring four foul-mouthed 3rd graders, Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman. The show is set in the Colorado town of South Park where weird things keep happening, whether its being abducted by aliens or avoiding Kyle's little brother Ike. The show is based on the short film by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, "The Spirit of Christmas". vs. All in the Family www.youtube.com/watch?v=hBJXlnhcG14Air Dates: January 12, 1971–April 8, 1979 Episodes: 202 Cast: Carroll O'Connor (Archie Bunker), Jean Stapleton (Edith Bunker), Sally Struthers (Gloria Bunker Stivic), Rob Reiner (Michael Stivic), Sherman Hemsley (George Jefferson), Isabel Sanford (Louise Jefferson), Mike Evans (Lionel Jefferson), and Danielle Brisebois (Stephanie Mills). Premise: Archie Bunker, was a working-class family man who held bigoted, conservative views of the world. His viewpoints clash with nearly everyone he comes into contact with especially his liberal son-in-law Mike Stivic (or, as Archie delights in calling him, "Meathead"). The winner of this match will advance to the finals of the tournament tomorrow.

The memorable moments and the spinoffs (excluding Archie Bunker's Place) make AITF the better show. Plus, I still don't know if South Park is a sitcom.

There wouldn't be a Cartman if there was never an Archie Bunker, and Trey and Stone would agree with that.
All in the Family gets my vote.

South Park, All In The Family will get my vote when Edith says, "We can't trust the sword of a Thousand Truths to a n00b!"

All In The Family. If it wasn't for this show, then there would be no South Park.

Again, All in the Family.
South Park would not get away with half the stuff they do had AITF not done it 20 years earlier.

All in the Family wins. Here's the finals of the tournament. Arrested Development (I had a hard time deciding a clip from this show because this is the greatest TV show ever, but I managed.) vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoID=633263383Air Dates: November 2, 2003–February 10, 2006 Episodes: 53 Cast: Jason Bateman (Michael Bluth), Portia de Rossi (Lindsey Bluth), Will Arnett (GOB Bluth), Michael Cera (George Michael Bluth), Alia Shawkat (Maybe Funke), Tony Hale (Buster Bluth), David Cross (Tobias Funke), Jeffrey Tambor (George Sr and Oscar Bluth), and Jessica Walters (Lucille Bluth). Premise: Michael Bluth finds himself forced to stay in Orange County and run the family real estate business after his father, George Bluth Sr. is sent to prison for commiting white collar crime. He tries to juggle the wants and needs of his spoiled and eccentric family while being a good role model for his teenage son, George Michael. Vote away. It ends tomorrow at noon.
