How are we feeling about the 3D CG entrance stuff?

It's been....at least a year probably since they started using these hardcore. Like Reigns' big statue, the Usos get a swirl, AJ gets a P1 logo, etc. Everybody's got big floaty CG business in their entrance now.







I think the only one that really stands out as visually impressive to me is Sheamus':



Otherwise I'm pretty over the whole thing. It's always the same camera angles for stuff, especially for the floating match card ones, and those don't look as good as the regular match card graphics they use.


So what do you think, what's your best/worst of these since they started?

I haven't seen anyone say they liked it tbh. The only good graphics they use are the match graphics.

Everything else like logos or random stuff like that big Reigns always looks bad. That big Reigns thing looks like something out of a Mortal Kombat 4 N64 ending.

I'll take a traditional gimmick Titantron anyday instead of those AR graphics. As simple as they were, they really added more character and personality to the performer and the music. Nowadays the AR graphics and simple name text entrance videos just don't do it for me, especially when you're watching a live WWE event

The AR graphics suffer from the same problems that a lot of production suffers from. Nobody is really thinking for outside-the-box uses for the AR graphics, just like how almost no one's LED entrance graphics are anything special either. It's all just name plates, logos, and a few people that have uncanny valley likenesses of themselves like Roman.

I will agree that Sheamus's graphics is the only one I can think of that's worth really talking about, and it's no coincidence that it's the most creative one of the bunch.

They're all terrible. I can see how they served a purpose in the Thunderdome but now crowds are back just get rid of them. Most of them are low quality and don't add anything positive to the entrances.

Priest , Sheamus and Boogz have really good not intrusively ugly as hell ones.

Every other one f***ing sucks.

The only thing I have to add is these gave us Randy Orton's turd snakes at whatever Wrestlemania it was. Not really making a judgment call, just think it's worth mentioning.

Priest’s is pretty cool.

Sheamus’ entire entrance is on point. The 3D graphics, the lighting, his look, the tron. Everything going right for him right now.
