So I remember this show that either ran on USA Network or Comedy Central usually late at night either Friday or Saturday night. There was a host who would review really bad horror movies (no, not Mystery Science Theater) almost Talk Soup style where the host would intro a clip that was outrageous and then they'd cut back to the host and audience laughing about how stupid it was. I think it only ran for maybe a year or two and I feel like it was more of a late 90s thing. I feel like it was around the time of Weird Science and Duckman too. And no I'm not thinking of Up All Night either which was more of the whole movie being shown with book-ended host segments.

I'm almost positive that this is the show the OP is thinking of.

Drive-In Reviews seems like it. I can't believe it was on way earlier than I thought though. Thanks for the help, it was driving me crazy.
