Batman is a billionaire that runs a massive company during the day... that is also master of dozens of martial arts, a world class cutting edge scientist, a weapons expert, a collector of orphans, Grade A+++ car driver, motorcycle expert, boat enthusiast, a great airplane pilot, a great helicopter pilot, and still finds the time to exercise to keep his body in beyond-peak condition while still finding time to go balls deep in Catwomen + like a dozen other chicks. And I probably missed more than half the shit he's a "professional" at.
And there are still people that claim he's by far the most realistic. You know who the most realistic man in comics is? Jonah Jameson. He's a rich old white dude that is obsessed with getting pictures of a teenage boy.

I'd have found the time for Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman (or Halle Berry, as long as I did not have to watch her movie).

Well Lucius Fox wasn't created until 1979, someone had to make his gadgets before then.

He created Brother Eye.
They probably should've taken away his C++ book after that.

Well, he was in the Golden Age: Old comics rule. A current Batman comic would have a 12 issue storyline with additional crossovers and one shots to tell the story of how he became a scientist. This gave the same information in one panel.
