I got a new album that's really rad and for whatever reason track number two on it had a typo on the album title, so at first it put it in it's own little category (recognizing it as another album) on the iPod, I didn't notice till a moment ago. So, I went in and fixed it in iTunes and while it did put the song in the right order with the rest of the album in iTunes, IT ALWAYS puts it in as the last track on my iPod and I find that really annoying. I've tried messing with the name some more, deleting and reuploading the album, everything I could think of to get it set in the right order, and nothing is working. Anyone have any idea? (yes I am this anal about this kind of thing )

Play it in random. I rarely play an album in the right order, i want to be surprised usually. Or just pissed that the iPod chooses the same song over and over despite their being 1456 songs on the playlist.

I wish I had that kind of problem. My ipod won't turn off. When I hold down play, it just turns off the backlight. Any insight on this problem? I've tried everything.

What kind do you have? I usually don't turn my iPod off, I just put it in hold mode and let it shut its self off.

If you can deal with your iPod, deal with it, but DON'T SEND IT FOR REPAIRS. You'll never see your iPod again. Instead you get a refurbished one.

Actually a while back I had to send mine in because the HD died after I dropped it, and they sent me back the same one, I thought they hadn't fixed anything because the serial number was the same and all. Nope, they fixed it. Works just fine now. Maybe it depends on the problem.

Well, it acts like it off, then it show the charged battery screen, and it just turns off the backlight. Then it will die overnight because it can't turn off.
