I am dismayed that... {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}The Mighty Teddy Long Stable from 1996 were again passed over. I mean, a stable with Joey Maggs and Craig Pittman? Chris Jericho was dragged down into it as well for awhile.
Another obscure one: Damian Kane's group in ECW. Bad Crew and Devon Storm were usually cannon fodder.
(ECW even pointed out on their merch that Bad Crew sucked...)

How about that Simon Diamond stable that had the Musketeer and some guy named Mitch, among others?

Simon Diamond also led a stable of jobbers in TNA called the Diamonds in the Rough.

I can’t believe he found so many garbage stables that he didn’t even have room to talk about TNA, which probably could have been a video all on its own. S.E.X., Serotonin, The Frontline, EV2.0, just to name a few.

S.E.X., Serotonin, The Frontline, EV2.0, just to name a few. I think the rule was, the stable had to pretty much have a bad winning streak, hence "jobber stables." As such, as much as I was thinking about it, I couldn't say Paul Jones' Army. First they had a kind of goofy charm to them anyway. Second they didn't always lose. In fact we got a pair of NWA world tag team champions out of it. Regarding the Retribution entry, without going "there" too much, if the inspiration was...what Brian said...it makes things extra skeevy if the theory about the Hurt Business (the *all-A-A*, *heel* faction) was true, including the hidden message about the names of the members that I think I first read here. If we're going by win/loss records, I have to say...Raven's Nest/Flock belongs here. They both had Raven, maybe 1-2 credible members, then the job squad.

I’ll admit I don’t really know the win/loss records for any of them, but S.E.X. was basically a revolving door of members, I don’t remember Serotonin ever winning, The Frontline had almost no success against the Main Event Mafia, which was their whole purpose of being together in the first place, and EV2.0 didn’t do much of anything besides put over Fourtune before being released one by one. I feel like they could probably still qualify as jobbers unless someone has the stats that say otherwise.

The weirdest tribute to WCW Saturday Night you’ll ever see is today’s video from Zane.
Also, Bryan Zane’s hosting the Saraya talk during Starrcast next week. Good for him.

I am thinking back to the worst jobber stables video, and the Million Dollar Corporation. It took Ted DiBiase 27 years, and yes the NWO or his managing the Steiners didn't light the world on fire, but by then he finally found a non-wrestling role that clicked when he did the Cameron Grimes stuff.
CG is still over with me because of that storyline.

On this week's Retro PPV Review, Zane looks into a Great American Bash with no historical significance and not associated with any three words that affected the card at all, GAB 2006. www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nOfMli1m-U{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}ELEVATED LIVER ENZYMES!

What was with those? Is this some Wellness Policy reference? It was deduced by roughly everyone immediately after the show that it was a euphemism for "failed a wellness test," and it was pretty much the first time that anyone had been taken off a show for that reason, much less multiple people on the card.

It was deduced by roughly everyone immediately after the show that it was a euphemism for "failed a wellness test," and it was pretty much the first time that anyone had been taken off a show for that reason, much less multiple people on the card. It is also something that can lead to Hepatitis C so even if there was some truth to it, it’s not exactly something you want those people booked on a show to be involved with. Doesn’t explain why people like Lashley were still on the show considering they were still near people but anyway.
