I'm still kind of amazed Eddie vs CM Punk vs Rey Mysterio unmasked is a match that occurred. (I recall it being quite good, shocking I know.) The fact that it happen of all places IWA Midsouth Wrestling, which we all know what kind of reputation that company has. I want to say that one is attributable to Dave Prazak being connected at the time, but maybe there were other factors. In any case, it was before the wheels fell off. They absolutely coasted for years on a reputation gained in the early 2000s, until things kind of went to pot over time, it seems.

This match, and I believe Punk vs. Guerrero that also happened the next show. This company had Chris Hero and ext. I know these couple years is what the company pretty much related on for years to sale tickets until all shady stuff really came up and killed it off as creditable and now became a running joke about a Pizza oven.

One of Owen Hart's last matches was a dark match with Kurt Angle.

Rick Rude appearing on Raw and Nitro on the same night.
The former was obviously pre-taped, but literally no window of time between episode air dates.

Despite only being around for a month and a half, The Two Man Power Trip consisting of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Triple were able to pack alot of memorable moments in their limited time together.
Formed on April 2nd: the night after Wrestlemania X-7 where Triple H helped "Stone Cold" Steve Austin defeat The Rock in a re-match the night before, and kayfabe driving him out of the WWF.
April 5 to 16th:Triple H then went on to win the IC title from Chris Jericho, only to lose it to Jeff Hardy and week later, only to regain it less than a week after that. During that time, they attacked The Hardy Boyz and Lita with chairs.
April 29:Won the tag team titles from The Brothers of Destruction at Backlash, claiming all the gold.
May 20th:Triple H lost the IC to Kane in a chain match at Judgement Day. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin retained against The Undertaker.
May 21st:Lost the tag team titles to Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit. This was the infamous night Triple H tore his quad.
And that was the end of the Two Man Power Trip.

Also, Ken Shamrock left the WWF just right before Kurt Angle, Tazz, and The Radicalz debuted. This all happened in the course of 4 1/2 months.
September 1999:Shamrock left the company, written out on-screen by Chris Jericho attacking him.
November 14th:Survivor Series, Kurt Angle debuts, defeating Shawn Stasiak.
January 23rd:Royal Rumble, Tazz debuts, defeats Kurt Angle.
January 31st:Radicalz debut.

Jeff Hardy was arrested for drug trafficking not even two weeks after he left the WWE in 2009. If he was still with the company, that would've been his third strike in the wellness policy.

I saw a Reddit post a few days ago that said Christian Cage main evented PPV's in WWE, AEW and Impact all in the year 2021.
Put a blue dot on that fact!

Edge had a match against Vader on Sunday Night Heat in 1998 and won.
Steve Austin has had a match with Randy Savage

The ECW Title was held by a WCW, WWF and ECW wrestler in about 10 days time in 2000.

I don't remember how close these things were, but in my memory they were pretty close.
Macho Man doing promos for his WWE legends action figure from Mattel, getting my hopes up that maybe some relationships were being repaired.
Then, Macho Man died.

The ECW Title was held by a WCW, WWF and ECW wrestler in about 10 days time in 2000. The fact that a WCW contracted wrestler wrestled a WWF contracted wrestler for the ECW title in an ECW ring is still just mind boggling.

Jeff Jarrett(a prominent upper midcarder) also left during that period. Chris Jericho was on the rise, as well as the tag team ranks of The Hardys, The Dudleys, and Edge and Christian. Mick Foley was getting a less prominent role, and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin was put on the shelves with a neck injury. I feel like the Attitude Era was split into two parts - 1998/99 was more crash TV base, while 2000/01 was more wrestling focused.

Going through an old hard drive I found a match from 6/29/91 Ric Flair and Diamond Studd (Scott Hall) with DDP vs Bobby Eaton and Yellow Dog (Brian Pillman).
2 days after this match aired 7/1/91 Flair quit WCW.
17 months after this match aired the team of Flair and Scott Hall, now Razor Ramon were in the featured match of Survivor Series 92.
This match might also be the only time Pillman and Hall ever touched. They only spent one year in the same promotion during Hall's first WCW run in 91-92.
