from this week's Joe Fridays on Newsarama www.newsarama.com/NewJoeFridays/NewJoeFridays33.htmlQ: “Justafriend" - Upon ingesting alcoholic beverages the other evening, I found something rather troubling about Civil War and was wondering if I could get a little help with putting it into perspective. The heroes being divided and battling is all well and good, however, what is the point? The reason I ask is even if Captain America's team smacks around team Iron Man, it's not like the government will repeal the Registration Act (unless the President is a gambling man and bet on the final battle of course). Are these just the insane ramblings of a drunk or does who wins the actual fight not necessarily affect the outcome of the main issue of Civil War (registration) itself? JQ: You know, Justafriend, your ramblings aren’t insane, but you’d have to ask yourself the same question about any war. Take the Revolutionary as an example, it was a small band of colonists battling against their government, and you know, sometimes someone has to dies in order to actually get a message across… What? What? Was it something I said? In all seriousness, Civil War #7 is almost on the stands, so stay tuned, revelations are on their way.** Now, let me ask you a very important question. When drunk, does your mind always wander to comics? Just curious, that’s all, ‘cause I have a completely different experience in most cases [laughs].

welllllll a lot of people are predicting Captain America dying, especially since he's not on either Avengers team (New and Mighty) following Civil War but I have a feeling that it will be Invisible Woman who ends up dying during the battle.

Nah, that will be too big. I predict Tigra will die.
Frankly, I don't think registration is a bad idea. Just cause you're a mutant, got bit my a spider or from World War 2, you can't just be a superhero. They should have pschological test to prove they are stable enough, drug test etc.
