Only changed hands once on PPV this year.
It’s just The Miz.

The world title belts could really use a bit of hot potato just to mix things up. Credibility becomes a bit overrated when only one or two guys get any of it.

I think the belt should be hot potatoed if they are planning for a feud to last a while. When Nakamura and Samoa Joe kept losing to AJ Styles, it made them look like chumps. Either have them win the title eventually, or move onto other opponents.

He spent the last months of last year and the first few months of this year losing to Reigns continually. you can play the he almost beat him until the Usos or Heyman interfered only so many times until it just comes down to you you should realize this was going to happen... and the fact you didn't is on you.

It really feels like world title changes have gotten haphazard (even with the looooooooong gaps between them) and less meaningful overall more so since around the time they started ending title reigns just to have a different matchup last minute for Survivor Series.

It means that the people who hold them right now are those the company has decided they want to have them.
That knowledge does more to kill fans' interest in WWE than perhaps anything else. When they go out of their way to "murder a darling" that made them money in order to protect their pick, in defiance of all logic or fan engagement, not even a child believes that any of this is worth watching anymore.

The Universal Title is basically stuck in limbo since WWE insists on booking Roman as an unbeatable god and having him crush the entire SD roster.

The obvious solution is for Miz to go to Smackdown and beat Roman at the Rumble. Now that I think about it, I’m surprised they haven’t had Roman fight Miz during this run, he was one of the few people to actually win a feud with Roman, figured Reigns would want his win back.
