Which is weird because 90% of the available seats are sold, soβ¦ Itβs their money, so whatever.

I donβt know if them only selling 30,000 seats is a COVID thing or a demand thing, but theyβve sold most of them.

This is where alot have predicted that WWE is headed just using more and more seat fillers because it allows them to manipulate and controll the audience to react how they want to. Angry Liv girl is probably gonna be there.

Is NXT 2.0 basically just a bunch of seat fillers week in and week out?
Seems like they have the same crowd over and over.

Great, weβre already going down the road of βCrowd cheering for something I donβt like? Must be seat-fillers!β.
Sorry to be blunt like that, but I just donβt want this to get to a point down the line where people are literally unable to process that someone else may like something that they donβt, that thereβs always going to be a sinister conspiracy hiding the truth.

I would say the ticket situation is pretty good overall. They definitely could expand the capacity significantly if there was the demand for it. It's a stadium after all. You could easily do 40-50K if you wanted to. And it's below what the Rumble has done in 2019 and 2020 which were both around 40k. I think COVID has had a marginal impact ticketing wise for most shows in local markets but it could have a larger effect for shows like this that usually have a traveling audience. Obviously huge sporting events like the Super Bowl and other big football games are going to be just fine in a pandemic but big wrestling shows will likely suffer. So all things considered, they should be happy with it although the pricing might need to be rethought going forward as it seems the floor seats might be a bit too expensive for some folks.

With Summer Rae coming back I want Fandango in the Men's. He does his complete song and dance at the rumble.
Who's with me?

Theyβve always used seat fillers for when audience members are at the restroom or concession stand and they are in plain view of the hard cam. Itβs a little more publicized now lately but this has been going on for a long time. You temporarily fill the seat and then when the person comes back you move. You could also potentially be in the seat for a long time if someone no shows or leaves early.

I assume this is just for seats in largely constant view of the camera right (ring side opposite of the hard camera side, for example)? So if someone were to get up from their seat to go the bathroom or concessions, production (or whomever) would slide someone else (the "seat filler" into that seat immediately until they return? I knew there were comps that would be given out to shows, but I never knew of the "seat filler" role. Fascinating.

Yeah, that guy is a regular at AEW tapings when they are in Florida, and he has kind of a bad reputation for trying to make himself the center of attention constantly.

I'd be the best seat filler WWE's ever had. Give me a fat stack of cash and I'll literally do the Home Alone face on camera when Damien Priest becomes the Damien like oh my god no don't do it!!!!!!!!

I asked Alexa (not Bliss) who would win the Rumble and she said Hacksaw Jim Duggan.
But I had a dream last night that Zack Ryder would win.
So those are my predictions.

Might be a spoiler, might not, but from the latest Mat Men Podcast: {Spoiler}{Potential Womens Rumble Spoiler} Andrew Zarian mentioned Asuka is cleared and ready to return, most likely at the Rumble itself.
