Fire Dunn, Prichard, Ace, and Khan. Send VKM off to an island somewhere to enjoy his retirement.
Hire Regal back to his old position, hire Joe to act as a coach, hire Dr. Tom Prichard to be the head trainer, promote HHH to overall head of creative with Heyman as booker and Cornette as a consultant to sanity check things for lack of a better word. I'd hire a CEO who can only run business but can't make talent decisions on the roster. I'd also put HBK in charge of the agents.
I'd hire Marty Janetty just so I could fire him with 11 seconds left in my tenure.

My thoughts are somewhat similar, but some big differences
Cronies gone, Hunter and Steph in charge, etc.
On Raw, champs stay the same for now, except I’m swapping the US and IC titles and their holders
Smackdown, same thing except Charlotte loses to Sasha
I’m setting the booking in stone through the week after Mania.
I don’t have everything set in my mind, but some of what I would set up…
The Rumble, last four are Big E, McIntyre, Zayn and Styles, Big E wins
Women’s Rumble, Rhea, Asuka, Naomi and Charlotte are final four, Rhea wins
Lesnar loses to Lashley at the Rumble via Roman and Uso interference.
And Becky loses her title in a fatal four way with Liv, Doudrop and Bianca after Bianca pins Liv.
Next PPV is Elimination Chamber, Lashley survives against Edge, Nakamura, Styles, Miz and Owens, Styles pins Edge and Miz rolls up Nakamura in the match to set up future feuds.
Sasha loses to Asuka in the other Chamber match, also involving Charlotte, Shayna, Naomi and Sonya Deville, Naomi pins Sonya and Shayna takes out Charlotte by submission in the match
And in the Raw Womens title match, Becky fails to regain her title against Bianca, after, in a hard fought contest, neither one is able to answer a ten count.
Next night on Raw, Miz gets an IC title shot against Nakamura and wins when Nakamura is distracted by Maryse and Boogs arguing on the outside. The following week he offers Shinsuke a deal, Shinsuke agrees to wait for his rematch until Wrestlemania, which would allow Miz to break the IC record for total number of days, and in exchange, Miz will lose the title if he is DQed or counted out, Nakamura agrees.
Edge and Styles also set up a Wrestlemania match, each talking about how the other is their white whale, so to speak, and how important it is to each of them to beat the other.
Meanwhile, Becky is incensed that she still hasn’t actually been beaten and wants added to Bianca/Rhea at Mania, when she is interrupted by Bayley, seemingly back to being a perky babyface, Bayley openly wonders what happened to the Horsewomen, each of them have shown themselves capable of being horrible people, and she realized that things had to change.
She tries to appeal to Becky’s inner angels, but Becky attacks her afterwards.
Pearce tells Becky that the Raw Women’s title match is set in stone, and Becky replies that she’ll just have to go to Smackdown, then.
On Smackdown, Sasha requests her rematch from Asuka, only to be interrupted by Charlotte, who says she never got her one on one rematch, then Shayna comes out and reminds Charlotte that Bayzler made her tap out in the Chamber, at which point Becky arrives and tries to goad Asuka into picking her.
Asuka tells them to prove they’re ready for Asuka by having a fatal four way to determine who she will face at Mania.
Shayna Bayzler, surprisingly, wins by making Sasha tap after Becky is taken out by Bayley during the match and Sasha takes Charlotte out on the outside before getting back into the ring and losing to Shayna.
As the two Women’s title matches are set, the Horsewomen decide to settle things between them once and for all at Wrestlemania in a Fatal Four Way match.
Damien Priest will have to deal with the likes of Sheamus and Happy Corbin to defend his US title, with Drew McIntyre having issues with Sheamus and Corbin as well.
And the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal and Women’s Wrestlemania Battle Royal will now have much more stakes.
The winners of each match become number one contenders and will get a title shot on the Raw/Smackdown after Wrestlemania.
Wrestlemania: Night One
WWE Universal Championship: Roman Reigns (c) Vs Brock Lesnar
WWE Raw Women’s Championship: Bianca Belair (c) Vs Rhea Ripley
WWE United States Championship: Damien Priest (c) Vs Drew McIntyre Vs Sheamus Vs Happy Corbin
Smackdown Tag Team Championship: Usos (c) Vs New Day Vs Viking Raiders Vs Jinder Mahal and Shanky
Edge vs AJ Styles
Women’s Wrestlemania Battle Royal
Wrestlemania Night Two
WWE World Championship: Bobby Lashley (c) Vs. Big E
WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship: Asuka (c) Vs Shayna Bayzler
WWE Intercontinental Championship: The Miz (c) Vs Shinsuke Nakamura
Sasha Banks Vs Charlotte Vs Becky Lynch Vs Bayley
Raw Tag Team Championship: RKBro Vs Dirty Dawgs Vs Street Profits Vs Hurt Business
Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal
Night One, the women’s battle royal, Carmella and Queen Selina work together but end up getting ganged up on and taken out about halfway through, final four are Doudrop, Nikki ASH, Naomi and Liv Morgan, Doudrop wins last eliminating Nikki
In a big upset, The Viking Raiders walk away with the Smackdown tag titles by pinning Shanky as New Day and Usos take each other out on the outside.
The US title match is a battle between four big meaty boys slapping meat, but Priest manages to retain by pinning Sheamus while Drew is finishing off Corbin, Drew shakes Priest’s hand afterward.
Bianca and Rhea tear it down, with Bianca once again just barely getting over on Rhea to retain.
Edge and AJ get plenty of time to try and steal the show, with Styles pulling out a hard fought victory.
And the Tribal Chief faces off against the Beast in the main event of Night One, and Roman, by the skin of his fairly new teeth, beats Brock.
Night Two starts with the Andre, Final four are Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
Owens’s loyalty to Sami wins out over his recent alliance with Seth and they eliminate him, but Balor takes them both out to win, Kayla asks him afterwards who he hopes to face between Lashley and Big E, and he says he wants the Tribal Chief instead.
Asuka and Bayzler is a bruising affair, and Bayzler does everything she can to try and make Asuka tap, but Asuka is just too much for her and Asuka retains
Miz, his bag of tricks hampered by the stipulation he agreed to, instead tries his best to get Nakamura disqualified instead by antagonizing Boogs every chance he gets, and Miz manages to hold his own for a while, but in the end, Shinsuke picks up a surprisingly hard fought win, after which a dejected Miz shakes his hand and walks to the back, looking heartbroken.
RKBro eventually implodes during the Raw tag match, but it’s actually Riddle who ends up hitting Randy with an RKO out of nowhere, allowing the Street Profits to pick up the win.
The Horsewomen settle things once and for all, the one thing Becky, Bayley and Sasha seemingly agreeing on is taking Charlotte down, and she ends up being a surprising non factor by the end, which sees Sasha and Bayley’s on again/off again partnership suddenly off again when they keep preventing the other from getting the win over Becky, who takes advantage, nailing Bayley with a Bexploder for a near fall before Bayley manages to regroup and gets the win with a Bayley to Belly.
Night Two ends with Lashley and Big E beating the holy hell out of one another, with Big E breaking out of the Hurt Lock and hitting Lashley with a Big Ending to regain the WWE Championship to close out Wrestlemania.
Raw begins with Stephanie and Hunter coming out and announcing that they were in charge now.
They establish that a newly rehired (with ironclad contract) William Regal will once again, alongside Shawn Michaels and under Hunter’s supervision, be running NXT.
As for Raw and Smackdown, they will be appointing new general management, thanking Adam Pearce for his service and sending him to help down in NXT.
The GMs, two for each show, will keep one another in check and make sure there is no more tyrannical authoritative rule on either show.
As such, the new management on Raw will consist of Samoa Joe and The Miz, who is retiring from in ring competition to have more time with his family.
Joe will make sure nobody steps out of line, even Miz, who will be more involved with matchmaking and speaking on behalf of Hunter and Steph
On Smackdown, Paul Heyman, who has tired of having to deal with the whims of people like Reigns and Lesnar, will make matches alongside Beth Phoenix, and if anyone tries to physically intimidate them, they will answer to Beth And Paul’s personal assistant, Omos.
Also on Raw, Doudrop, who is free to call herself Piper Niven once again, gives Bianca hell but Bianca keeps her title by a hair.
And on Smackdown, despite Roman’s protest, Heyman is more than happy to allow Balor to come to Smackdown and face Reigns, and it is Finn Balor who holds the title high when Smackdown goes off the air.
From there, I would leave it in the hands of Hunter and Stephanie as I watch everything unfold from home, having cashed the substantial consultancy check I wrote myself months earlier.

Rehire Jacob Novak (with promo genius Sid Vicious as his manager)and have him win all the World Titles.
Rehire Enzo Amore and Simon Gotch and have a buried alive deathmatch on RAW/Smackdown; Winner wins Triple H’s Golden Shovel which is immediately destroyed by a debuting Bron Breakker, who is now called Blake the Cake and is an Norwegian Chef.
Fire Naomi and Liv Morgan just to disgruntle Twitter.
Lastly, Sin Cara returns with 935 camera cuts in his entrance and now is portrayed by Omos. Oh yeah, and NXT UK finally gets shunted and replaced with Raw 2; the Forth Hour!

Strip it all back to recreate the New Generation, complete with the gimmicks, Raw and Smackdown being an hour each, and being filmed in high school gyms.

Fire Nick Khan.
Sell the company to Tony Kahn for $4.2 million.
Kick Shane McMahon in the balls.
Set fire to Titan Towers.
And flip off Vince as I walk away.
Probably yell, “This was for Owen.”
