A TV time remaining main event going to a time limit draw.
A tag team being dq'd due to double teaming.

Wasn't Moxley vs Omega I (the draw that led to the Lights Out match) a TV main event?

Mox vs PAC was a Dynamite main event and ended up going to a draw when the TV time ran out.

To the flipside, AEW has often established that shows have an overrun if needed, but have never actually used the overrun.

The overrun idea never actually happened with TNT. No clue if it'd happen with TBS ever...

With how much Tony Khan has been on The Dan LeBatard Show, next time they're in Miami, I want to see them have Greg Cote cut a promo in the last segment. He has this elaborate entrance and everything. And just as he gets into talking into the mic, TV time is up and they cut him off with the Hard Network Out.
I'm sure there will be dozens (perhaps even hundreds!) who will get a good laugh out of that.

As much as they talked up the tag titles being equivalent to the World title and being able to main event PPVs in their own right when the show first started there's been pretty much zero indication that that's ever going to happen.

I have a feeling a [non-copywritten term for] Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the tag titles could main event Full Gear. Bucks/Hardys/Private Party/Lucha Bros would be bananas.

I mean, yes and no. They've definitely put emphasis on the titles, sometimes more than others, but yeah, I guess it'd really need to be the right tag title match to justify going last. I guess if the Hung Lovers* ever reform, that'd be a good time to do that. *If Hangman and the Young Bucks is the "Hung Bucks", and Omega and Ibushi are the "Golden Lovers", and Ibushi and Tanahashi were the "Golden Aces", then it stands to reason that...

Wasn't Moxley vs Omega I (the draw that led to the Lights Out match) a TV main event? The Lights Out match was their first match. You're thinking of Pac Vs. Moxley.

A TV time remaining main event going to a time limit draw. A tag team being dq'd due to double teaming. I'm pretty sure that both of these cases will occur at some point. Especially the tag team stuff. My gf (who only watches wrestling when she's with me) always wonders why there's so much 2 on 1 action in tag team matches and why there are no DQs for that. It will happen at some point when some team will go overboard with the double teaming and it will be a shocker. Might probably be used for one team to keep the titles while the other saves face by just losing due to DQ.

Their first and current tag team champs don't exactly feel like main eventers, but the rest of them actually do. Haven't the Bucks main evented as tag team champs?

I mean the good thing with AEW with the tag titles (maybe not SCU but still) is that they can do a TV main event and you'd be like "Yeah that's worth stick around for". Main event a PPV? Ehh. That is probably only for Hangman-Omega and the Young Bucks imo.
