WWF 1997. Feels like three different eras in each third of the year.

I am doing WCW in order as never seen most of it - starting from Starrcade 83. Going with every PPV (including Clash of Champions) and anything of interest from the TV shows, including Mid Atlantic & Kerry Von Erich title win. Working through 80s NWA was fun, especially with a bit of background from TV I never had before to accompany some of the more marquee matches. Dusty and Flair were absolute gold every week.
As far as Capitol Combat 1990 so about to get me some Robocop action. Annoyingly no WCW tv has been uploaded from mid 89-April 92 (when WCW Saturday night has a couple of years worth of episodes up there). So it’s all PPVs until then which I find doesn’t always tell the whole story.
Looking ahead, one thing I don’t think is on the network is Hogan’s debut - which was shown on WCW Saturday Night in 94. Episodes so far only go up to 93.
Looking forward to the journey still to go, but surprised at some of the key moments and extra stuff that was on WWE dvds that just isn’t there on the network.

I'm a personal fan and extremely biased towards WWE 2005. It's when I started and fell in love with wrestling.
Eddie Guerrero, Cena and Batista are stars, Edge on the come-up, still have the likes of Taker, HBK, Triple H, Angle, Jericho, Kane, etc.
2005 was a damn good year

2000 would be my recommendation, my personal favourite year of WWF. I started this with a few years ago. Gonna do this one as well as Crockett & WWF 87.

I may just to see the transformation from a nostalgia promotion, to their own thing, to extreme in a 18 month period or so.

Started watching WWF from the night after Survivor Series 98. The Corporation/Ministry feud alongside Austin/McMahon.
Turns out the Ministry were pretty lame (although I loved them at the time) Taker aside. McMahon/Austin was quality though.
Will see it through for a few more months, but then I think I'll watch the whole Monday Night War.

I really love WCW 1996, it takes several months to get to the Scott Hall invasion, and you’d have to get through WCW Uncensored 96, but 1996 WCW might be their best year in terms of creative and storytelling, especially the early days of the NWO.

Watching the old King of the Ring PPVs. Done 93-97 so far. They should never have got rid of that as a PPV.

With Scott Halls’ unfortunate passing, I’ve recently decided to watch the nwo angle from the beginning. Those early days were some really good stuff. I just watched the episode where the main event of Sting, Luger, and Savage vs the Horsemen was interrupted by Jimmy Hart coming out and just going ballistic screaming for help. I still get chills watching it all unfold. It feels THAT REAL.
So yeah I’m still in the era where the nwo was still good stuff to watch. I’m interested in seeing exactly where it becomes a parody of itself

Slightly over a year. But ROH relaunch 2020 with the pure tournament to Final Battle 2021. Most consistent wrestling promotion all of last year.
Honor Club is only $10 a month.

I have been hooked on the early 80s stuff from AWA and NWA. I loved the angle with Harley and Flair, I’m sure it was just before a Flair for the gold match Harley was trying to set a bounty on Flairs head as the build up and the match itself was one of the greatest of its era. Flair and Dusty were two of the greatest but there is none better than the King himself Harley Race.
He has the craziest of wrestling stories about him The one about the rattle snake comes to mind Harley and this guy were playing pranks on each other while touring with a promotion. So Harley decided to get him back by sewing the mouth of a rattle snake shut and leaving it in his car When the guy come back,he got in to his car he jumped back out in a fright Harley said You had to see the look on his face. When people questioned Harley How did you catch the rattle snake He would reply I baited him with the right, hooked him with the left.
