The ones that immediately come to mind are one very successful one and one unpopular one (at least among the IWC). Vince McMahon and Michael Cole. Although it’s probably been done a fair amount of other times.
Eric Bischoff also did it and was great. Although with McMahon and Bischoff you could make the argument that that they were the second banana baby face commentary behind JR and Tony Schiavone, respectively.

JR turned heel, but it didn't really stick for a variety of reasons, not the least of which being that they really didn't have a good option to be face commentator versus him, along with him just being heads and shoulders better at rooting on Austin or Foley than anyone else they had, so it was just a much more prudent use of him. I think they also were reluctant to move him away from being the voice of the company when his Bell's Palsy was manageable enough to continue commentating after some time away when it worsened over his mother's death.
They sort of had Vampiro have some heelish periods in Lucha Underground, but Striker would probably be considered the main "voice" of LU for its duration, or obviously Hugo on the Spanish side, and it was sort of difficult to tell if he was a heel or if they were just trying to make him seem unstable. LU commentary was kind of a mixed bag, in general, so it wasn't always clear how seriously we were intended to take certain things.

Does Vampiro revealing himself as Pentagon's master count? I think so and if he wasn't by the end of season 1 then {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}He cements by the end of season 3 when he costs Puma his career.

He was never the voice of the company, but Coach's heel turn was so random it was funny.

IMO Heel Michael Cole was such terrible television that no other company would ever be stupid enough to turn their play by play guy heel ever again

IMO Heel Michael Cole was such terrible television that no other company would ever be stupid enough to turn their play by play guy heel ever again Cole as a heel didn’t understand the meaning of “less is more”. When he got humiliated it wasn’t like “haha that jerk got his”, it was more “okay, can we finally wrap this shit up?”
