Reading around, there seems to be no consensus when it all began. Where did it all begin to you?
TLC 2011 - He wins the title in a MITB cash-in.
Wrestlemania 28 - Loses in 13 seconds, thus fans get angry.
Team Hell No - Starts to regain momentum as a face.
Summerslam 2013 - Winning and losing the WWE title in the same night.
Raw 2013 Championship Acension - Bryan completely hijacks the ceremony as the Seattle crowd don't want none of Cena and Orton.
Raw 2014 - Turning on the Wyatts and breaking free and turning face again.
Royal Rumble 2014 - No Bryan, so the crowd gets louder and very focal.
Raw 2014 Occupy Raw - Takes over Raw and finally feels like the company is behind the YES movement.

Wrestlemania 28, for sure.
TLC, if anything, felt like WWE at least had faith enough in Bryan to let him do his thing. If Bryan and Sheamus tore the house down at Wrestlemania, I feel like a lot of fans would be satisfied that even if Bryan never carried the company, they'd at least get to see him have the best match on the show while also being a wildly entertaining character.
WWE denying that lesser satisfaction, though? Making it clear that if they had their way, Bryan would be minimized, treated like a joke, and probably never touch the main event again? That unleashed a rage and nihilism in the fanbase that I don't think will ever be equaled.
Of course, if anyone wants a tangent, I could talk about how I feel like the seeds were truly planted with Zack Ryder losing the US title...

WM28 after he lost to Sheamus.
Bryan was a notorious dastardly heel with a beautiful girlfriend and even so him losing that quick to the super popular heavy pushed face Sheamus pretty much put an end to Sheamus as a mega babyface. Like, Sheamus was well on his way but that put a stop to it. Fans just put their feet down from that point on regarding Bryan. Back during this match sure, Bryan was popular and he had the fans bringing Yes signs out but it wasn't really a "movement" at that point, it was just a cool thing to do. After this things changed.
Sheamus was being booked as potentially being the "next John Cena" and they took that idea behind the shed.

In the fall of 2013 after all of those f*** finishes in that feud with Randy Orton and the looming 34564654764562899786546546th Orton/Cena feud.

right before WrestleMania is when indie fans started to "yes" at shows. I remember some ROH NYC show had a toooooooon of "Yes!" chants. When Bryan started really hamming it up, people noticed. Sheamus beating him in 18 seconds kickstarted it. The next night is really when things got underway. And they did eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeverything to try and get the audience to shut up. "Have him say no!" "put him in an undercard tag team with Kane" but it lead to him getting over more. May 2013 is when they finally stopped ignoring it for a second and started really pushing him... only to try and saddle "Yes" onto Big Show that fall.

only to try and saddle "Yes" onto Big Show that fall. Has there ever been any bigger insult to the fans intelligence by co-opting organic heat for a a guy and giving it to Big Show? I've yet to find anything this side of Rock at Royal Rumble '15 worse than what you just mentioned.
