I'd say it was debatable considering Big Bubba Rogers existed. As did the War Machine, Boss (man is he big), Guardian Angel, and Ray Traylor. (EDIT: Oh you mean his WWF/WWE stay only?) The OP does mention that Ray Traylor was Big Boss Man throughout his WWF runs as to why he should count. Yes, he certainly doesn't count in the wrestling world as a whole, but then again, not a whole lot of people really would. Sorry to be that guy, but since this thread seems to invite pedantry I feel I need to mention the period in 2002 when he was announced only as Boss Man or The Boss Man. No longer Big, seemingly. Rick Rude? I’m aware it was spelled differently at one point but to my knowledge he was always Rick Rude. He was the Hallowe’en Phantom.
