Perhaps the ceremony will be closer to the events of the past, but if the upcoming show is like the last couple of shows, there may not even be speakers who help introduce the inductees. Even on the event before the pandemic, I believe there was one or two inductees who didn't have someone induct them. The ceremonies are getting more impersonal and scripted/produced. There is less spontaneity and expression of genuine emotion.

Foley's another possibility.
No shock that Taker's going in this year. He's retired, and Mania is in Texas. Can't think of anybody else who could be the headliner for a class in Texas.

I wonder how in character he will stay.
Will he stay in demon mode?
Or will it be casual Mark Calloway telling funny backstage stories.
Either way with Taker now going in I would say The Rock is now the biggest name not yet in.

Either way with Taker now going in I would say The Rock is now the biggest name not yet in. He might do a mixture of both, out of character for the majority of the speech and then puts on the coat and hat for the conclusion. |

Unpopular opinion but I feel like Taker should be a standalone inductee. I know if they didn’t do it for Austin there’s no chance of it, but him, The Rock, and Cena are the last ones left who I feel deserve that.

Batista is probably busy with GotG Vol3 right now anyways, it’s only about halfway through filming and I’m not sure where they’re shooting. |

Might be possible, pretty sure HoF is just a bonus for people who go to SDL not it’s own standalone show and ticket. Doing a 1 hour Undertaker HoF special is a decent idea |
