They've supposedly asked Shawn to work a match also. Is anyone else besides something called Slice Wrestling reporting the HBK thing? Seems bogus Nope. And Slice Wrestling is a banned source here, last I checked. They have a 0% success rate in breaking stories. They are some of the biggest BS artists out there.

Rumored card does sound pretty stacked and WrestleMania-like. Just wish they didn’t do the double title thing so they could’ve had something to fight for on Raw going into Mania.

You know what would have really setoff the attitude era? If Bruno Sammartino wrestled a top match at Mania.

I kinda don't see it for the RAW Women's title stuff. Yes Bianca/Becky should be a good match. But the problem is no matter who wins, the division they are going to rule over is completely devoid of any credible challengers. Maybe if they didn't have Bianca chump out literally every active woman on her path back to the title, her next potential reign would be interesting. Also they ran that match several times over the Fall and...both women are kinda cold at the moment. Which is why I think if Bianca wins the title, her next reign needs to be a pretty short one, maybe a couple of months before dropping it either to someone like Asuka or an NXT callup and moving out of the title scene for awhile. Especially when you have women like Io who are probably going to be going up sooner rather than later. And she's someone who absolutely should be in the main event scene immediately upon callup.

Mania should be about the biggest matchups possible so I’m not going to look at the after-Mania scene already when they’re giving us the big Becky-Bianca match. Plus there’ll be plenty of challengers with Rhea, Asuka, Bayley, Bliss.

I’m hoping for next year if they can’t get the Rock that Roman defends in a handicap match against Hulk Hogan and Bob Backlund.

I really have to give them credit for how this card is coming together in that I feel like in an ordinary year I'd feel myself kind of buckling to Mania season as the show is approaching but this year looks so wretched that there is zero chance of that.

Hoping Cody somewhere appears on this card. So Raw has no world title match at Wrestlemania now. Currently Beastie Boy is the World Champion for Raw, so Reigns vs Lesnar is the Raw world title match.

Is Reigns-Lesnar officially for both titles? www.wwe.com/shows/wrestlemania/wrestlemania-38/roman-reigns-vs-brock-lesnarThe table has been set. 2022 Royal Rumble winner and WWE Champion Brock Lesnar has chosen to battle Roman Reigns in a Title vs. Title Match. It's WINNER TAKE ALL in a highly anticipated rematch at WrestleMania. Although Lesnar was originally scheduled to challenge The Head of the Table at WWE Day 1, Reigns tested positive for COVID-19 and was unable to defend the Universal Title at the first Premier Live Event of the year. After being fired by Reigns days earlier, however, Paul Heyman once again took on the role of Advocate for Lesnar and negotiated for his client to be added to the Day 1WWE Title Fatal 4-Way Match instead. Thanks to Heyman’s maneuvering, The Beast was free to conquer the field and claim the WWE Championship. During Lesnar’s WWE Title defense against Bobby Lashley at Royal Rumble, Reigns suddenly emerged when the referee was down and used some surprise help from the treacherous Heyman to strike Brock with the title and allow Lashley to reclaim his WWE Championship. The WWE Universe would not have to wait to see how Lesnar would react. On the same night, the furious Beast stormed his way to the ring as a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble Match and claimed victory in dominant fashion. With the right to challenge the World Champion of his choosing, Lesnar emerged the following night on Raw and immediately chose to go to war with the Universal Champion. As a result, Reigns will finally have his showdown against The Conqueror on The Grandest Stage of Them All! Then at WWE Elimination Chamber, titleholder Bobby Lashley was removed from the competition due to concussion protocol. This paved the way for The Beast to triumph in the Elimination Chamber Match to reclaim the WWE Championship. As a result, WrestleMania will be Title vs. Title!

it's pretty amazing to be that the longest story line going into Wrestlemania, Becky vs Bianca starting at Summer Slam appears to have a logical conclusion coming....
but Bianca was so horribly buried on the way there

A rematch between Lashley and Beastie Boy is not going to take place at this 'mania sadly, with Bobby on the self.

I want a contract signing segment where Vince grumbles “WINNER! TAKE! ALL!!!!” so many times that he just crumbles into dust by the end of it

It's interesting because that 'burial' only happened cause of Sasha being out on short notice, and then Bianca's had extraordinarily protected booking ever since, including sole survivor at Survivor Series, longest time in the Rumble for the third year in a row, two DQ wins over Charlotte just before she was about to get a pinfall on her, and a clean sweep over Doudrop during their feud. That people still think it was this huge insult that has to be rectified shows that WWE's hitting a pretty good balance between booking her super-strong yet having fans perceive otherwise, a little like Becky herself in 2018/19.

Its WrestleMania 17 buildup, and we're wondering where the WWE will fit Rock, Stone Cold and Kurt Angle on the card as the main event is long booked in advance to be Test vs Bob Backlund, who just won the Royal Rumble and then dominated the rest of the main event in a Hell in a Cell match.

Roman vs. Seth vs. Lesnar just adds so much more than a straight up 1 on 1 match.

Roman vs. Seth vs. Lesnar just adds so much more than a straight up 1 on 1 match. Would be fun and Lesnar is advertised for Raw Monday but I can’t imagine Vince going away from the 1 on 1. They would’ve protected Rollins in the Chamber more if that was the plan too.

It’s really telling, and not in a good way, that performers like AJ, and Seth, and Drew, and heck even Sasha, who used to be presented as a big deal. Feel like afterthoughts now and seemingly have no firm plans for Mania.
