I don't see them going anywhere anytime soon, TBH. They're stale-ish but they still get plenty of TV time and I presume make very good livings. Yeah, but at some point money isn't enough. Like Mox left despite being treated pretty well by the WWE in terms of money and spotlight. I hear that, but Kofi's probably on the tail-end of things, Big E seems to be happy getting paid and being a WWE guy and Xavier gets to do his G4 stuff and had a bit of a singles push going there for a bit. WWE has treated The New Day way better than they treated Mox. Mox should have been a multi-time world champ for them and been given way more to do.

While I agree that AEW is at that bloated limit, I say this: keep signing major talent until there's a noticeable hit. So far we just don't physically see it yet although yeah I agree with you. They signed Keith Lee, Swerve, Buddy Matthews in quick succession. If there's an issue I wanna know where Tony's hardstop is. There's gonna be churn on that roster, dudes like Brian Cage are not going to be brought back. His contract option was actually picked up just today, so... hmm. In an update on Cage’s status, it appears that he will be staying with the company. Fightful Select noted the following regarding Cage… “Word made it around backstage at Wednesday’s All Elite Wrestling Dynamite show that Brian Cage had told those close to him that AEW picked up his option year on his contract. Cage was said to have been surprised by this, as he and virtually everyone on the All Elite Wrestling roster thought his deal would simply expire.” Cage commented on the report by writing “hmmm, not sure who I told all of this too.”

All that is left is New Day and DA PARTY will be whole once more. I don't see them going anywhere anytime soon, TBH. They're stale-ish but they still get plenty of TV time and I presume make very good livings. Oh I do not see them leaving either but who knows what has changed espcially how Big E's entire title run and subsequent regression has went and everything else with UUDD etc. Like maybe they were never planning to leave but WWE have given then plenty of reason to consider their exit strategy.

We really don't know where Tony's hardstop is yet and on one hand that's exciting but on the other hand it makes you think.

It was him telling others that he had his option picked up. That said, SRS isn't going to throw it up without checking with multiple folks. He's got good AEW sources.

...wait no... Yeah there needs to be a new one lol. Unfortunately, the Danhausen version can't easily be found on Google. As for Cesaro, I am a little surprised his contract expired, but excited to see where he goes next.

For what it's worth, Fightful just reported that Brian Cage is saying AEW picked up a one-year option on him. Why? Wardlow, Powerhouse Hobbs, Keith Lee, Miro and Luchasaurus are all better big dudes than Cage and the dude has been missing for months.

I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say we don't know the terms and as I've said whenever it's brought up that they have a big roster, yes, they can go work other places, but the roster is REALLY big right now.

Claudio is a dude who's physically as good as Brock Lesnar, yet they didn't bother do ever do anything substantial with him. Though to be fair, I guess they only had 11 years to get on it. I think a great way to get him over is to give him a mouth piece. Like a Paul Heyman type. Real good on the mic. And instead of putting Cesaro over, he should put his other client over the entire time while Cesaro stands there doing nothing of note.

Wait, I thought he just re-signed?! What?! I leave this place for 5 minutes… That's crazy. To me, he'd be one of the people with Dunne, Owens, Zayn, AJ and others that you'd do everything to keep because he's one of the best vets you have. They keep playing, they bout to f*** around and piss off one of the most consistent money makers they’ve had over the past 5 years or so. Tremendous bag fumbling by WWE, honestly. I think New Day is absolutely out of there once their contract ends I'm honestly growing more and more to believing that's the case when I would have said you'd have been crazy a couple of years ago, especially after the Big E title reign because Christ.
