This one is inspired by seeing pics of “Big” Scott Hall and Curt Hennig as a tag team in the AWA, and then seeing them team again years later in the WWF as Razor Ramon and Mr. Perfect. Can you think of other teams that survived a split and double gimmick change that ended up teaming again down the road?

Again with Hall...
Diamond Studd and Oz did team up at least once in 1991.

Did Darsow and Adams ever work together again post Demolition?

Did Darsow and Adams ever work together again post Demolition? I know they worked as opponents at Summerslam 1992.

Ric Flair and Curt Hennig.
Together, then split, in WWF. Teamed, then split, in WCW

The Wyatts/Bludgeon Brothers.
Edit: I guess there wasn't a proper gimmick change per OP recommendations.

Again with Hall... Diamond Studd and Oz did team up at least once in 1991. Late 1991 they had a tag match, not sure against who without looking it up but I was thinking about it the last few days. They were even supposed to be on the same team for the Chamber of Horrors match with OZ and Studd though Oz was replaced. But they've been together aside from a few months, since that time period.

Tom Zenk and Big Josh. Which makes Kevin Nash the sole survivor of that match....

Oo oo. The Destruction Crew/Beverly Brothers reunited in WCW in 1998 for a bit under their own names without a proper gimmick.

I feel like Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas did this multiple times in the span of a 2-3 years. But since it all happened on the C shows, they’re barely canon.

Sting and Warrior teaming up again on that Nitro technically counts, as does Ed Leslie being Hogan's partner early in their careers before reuniting as the Mega Maniacs.

Edge and Christian. Not only did they break up, they stopped being brothers, only friends and teamed maybe once. I just remember Edge cutting a promo, saying he’d do a 5 Second Pose and gave the camera the finger.

I believe the Powers of Pain came back to WCW as the Super Assassins under masks.

Warlord and Barbarian. Split in WWF. Became Super Assassins in WCW. They also briefly teamed again in WWF in early '92 still using their singles gimmicks. Worked a handful of house shows against Owen and Neidhart.
