How would you feel if Nintendo stopped making consoles and put their games on other platforms?
I don't know if I could get used to Nintendo games being on PS5 or Series X.

I'd wonder what scam drained their bank accounts so drastically they pulled a sega.
Nintendo only need to release a new Mario/Pokemon/Zelda/Star fox/Metroid game for them to refill their coffers to keep them going for a few years so much so they can arse about making consoles that aren't the norm compared to microsoft/sony's machines. they can pretty much afford to do what they want when they want
Nintendo releasing their games on other systems is possible, IF they were to get a fair/more than fair split of the money from the sales, the only thing that stops any of the three doing it is how much they want their exclusives to be the reason to own their consoles and the money they get from that.

I'd be pissed because the LAST thing the industry needs is less competition on the system level.
