In the modern wrestling era of big time wrestling?
I mean, I’m surprised how many guys we got in the last 12 months who not only got to keep their name, but their music.

I wonder how much the lack of real kayfabe has to do with this, on top of name value of course.
Back in the day before social media really pulled down the curtain, gimmicks and characters were a lot more protected, and even though most people would know that Goldust was actually Dustin Runnels, or more recently that Tensai was Albert, but it didn't stop WWE trying to repackage and create their own character.
Of course they still do it with Indy talent to an extent, but it's less common due to everyone knowing full well who these people are not just in the ring but behind the scenes too.

Music is going to be the great filter on this one. Because, despite their reputation, WWE has been bringing in popular American Indy wrestlers for years and letting them basically be the same character. Cole, Fish, and O’Reilly are the same guys in AEW that they were in WWE and ROH. Samoa Joe and AJ Styles came in as themselves. They made Kevin Steen become Kevin Owens, but everything else is the same. But WWE is notoriously stingy about music - they don’t want to pay for it; they want to make money from it. So all those guys had to get their own themes.

Didn't use Come Out And Play in WWF, WCW, TNA. So does it count? Does it also count considering his change from grunge Raven to kilted Raven and such?

Just as expansion began, you had Junkyard Dog in the WWF, still using Another One Bites The Dust and all.

I'm guessing either Cody owns the rights to his theme song, or WWE buying them was part of the agreement.

Oh I see, I missed the music part, was just thinking character & continuity. Well the character wasn't even consistent. I'd say his ECW incarnation was darker in general. In WCW, WWF, TNA, and even ECW the second time around, he added more humor to it and more of a traditional heel character.

Would we be willing to count "close enough" versions of themes? Just thinking of Booker T having pretty much the same music and gimmick from the Harlem Heat era to TNA with really the only changes being him going from the Harlem Heat singlets to long tights to trunks and shaving the mustache and growing out the dreads. Obviously his TNA wasn't exactly the same but it's clear that the intent was to get it as close to his old theme as possible (in contrast to say, Kurt Angle's TNA theme versus his WWE theme).

Whilst the presentation changed slightly (and yes ECW Raven is the peak of the character) the character was consistent between all the major companies, with different feuds feeding into changes in the character between promotions. 'Lore' if you will.

Nasty Boys from WWF to WCW theme (pre-lyrics) was so close to identical that it might as well have been the same theme.

Ric Flair went from company to company with the exact same name, gimmick, presentation, and theme music. The music was easier for him since he just entered to Also Sprach Zarasthura.
Andre the Giant was always just Andre the Giant, everywhere he went.
Abdullah the Butcher and Kamala made careers of this even as late as the 90s.
I guess it depends on what we’re calling the modern era of big time wrestling. To me, that would be post-1985. If we’re just talking post-2001, then I think we’ve covered everyone, because WWE’s monopoly really kind of prevented this from happening until AEW came around.

Kamala even used his most familiar tribal music (his 1987 and '92-'93 themes) in multiple places. He definitely used it in the UWF.

I think he started being more of a composite Scotty/Raven after the At Home skits.
