Big Poppa Pump era Steiner was pretty much the same from WCW to WWE to TNA. The backing track to his theme was slightly different each time but the most prominent part of his theme (the siren) remained.

Some WCW guys kept their music and gimmicks when the buyout happened such as Booker T and Billy Kidman.
Goldberg kept the same gimmick and debuted with his WCW music when he arrived in WWE in 2003 as did the NWO in 2002.

ADRENALINE IN MY JUICE HOLY SHIT IT'S MR HUGHES DO IT ALL IN SLACKS AND A WHITE T Save for when he was Jericho's bodyguard for that cup of coffee back in 1999 where Hughes wore spangled vests and tried to stay awake at ringside.

Michael Hayes through World Class, AWA, NWA/WCW, and eventually WWF (aside from 95-97 when he had the Dok Hendrix gimmick, which was still basically Michael Hayes with a new name ). Though he had different music early and late in his career, Randy Savage essentially had the same gimmick for his entire career (even the Macho King pretty much was the same, especially when he dumped the crown in late 1990).

Hughes of all people not getting a gimmick and name makeover is really one of the oddest WWF creative decisions ever that's never talked about. How did Mr. Hughes end up as one of the only gimmicks that got carried over from WCW wholesale? Nevermind that the WWF always wanted to make new signings over into their own image--they not only kept Hughes' old image, but that shirt-and-tie image matched that of another guy who was already on the roster! (The probable answer, as I later found out, is that he was a Jim Ross project and JR probably had some say in his presentation. Still, how does a Watts disciple allow anybody to wrestle in a shirt, suspenders, and tie?)

Would you count Sting?
Not a modern wrestler, but, debuted in WWE in 2014 and AEW in 2020 with the same gimmick he'd been using in WCW and TNA.
