God DAMN WWE has given us all big guy PTSD. The guy showed up, looked menacing, and did like 3 things and we’re all ready to declare him the worst wrestler on the planet. I enjoyed the ending and am excited to see where the Lethal/Joe feud is going to go. Lethal having a 7 foot tall bodyguard is not an inherently bad thing. This is where I'm at, he's a bodyguard heater, he's supposed to give Jay and Dutt an advantage for one single week Idk if I would have ended the show with it, but Khan wants to try and get new things over, and a 7'3 giant is something to show people who might be clicking over to 10PM, I don't exactly blame him. I guess I can see the logic, but I think it just didn’t work in execution at all. It’s not like it ruined the whole show, but it was definitely a misfire which is weird to say about anything AEW these days.

The overrun was flat no doubt. But that shouldn’t take away from one of best shows they’ve ever done.

I do agree that the lights didn’t need to dim for some guy no one has ever heard of, though. Yeah, save those for like, big names people actually know. A 7'2" giant doesn't need it. His size speaks for itself.

I was gonna say that. Glad others think it, too. You just had Joe and Suzuki murder each other and then you have a stunningly flat ending like that? It was rough. This ending to me wasn't nearly as bad as that, the crowd was booing pretty hard and were trying to get Joe back into it, and the guy didn't miss punches by three feet... Yeah, I think it felt flat for me as a viewer though. Not the end of the world, but thought it was odd.

Samoa Joe is now a triple crown ROH champion, having won the World, Pure, and now TV Championships. He's also the 1st guy to hold the TNA & ROH TV Titles.

My thought is, this was gonna be a middle of the show debut, until they signed Suzuki vs Joe... and Khan really wanted that match to go last

Though for a few years, they had like a parade of secondary titles that replaced each other so I guess it was somewhere in there.

Would be nice if a great match like this could be watched in future without a fascist meme in the front row, but ah well. I think I missed something here... Someone in the front row had a 'Allons Brandon' sign, prominently displayed when they went to the outside. The kinda thing you'd have thought would have been caught way earlier.

Who the f*** is Satnam Singh? He was an Indian basketball player, the Mavericks drafted him in the second round in 2015. He tried out for WWE at one point in 17.

The only bad thing about Satnam's debut to me is any AEW Troll Bot that needed Ammo or a reason to live anymore is going to f***ing scream about this until Rampage, ignoring the great 10/10 show in front of it.

I'm too busy loving that Joe vs. Suzuki was pretty much everything I wanted it to be.
Now get Joe in the ring against someone like Ishii so he can get back to suplexing people, no problem doing that to the man who has no neck.
