Who do you think booked the Last Rites match

So despite the Sting vs. Abyss Last Rites match being considered one of the absolute essential 2000s Russo f***fests (literally gave us the FIRE RUSSO chants), it's kind of a mystery who actually came up with it. Vince Russo has always denied that it was him and I remember him pointing out Dutch Mantel as the dude who actually booked it, to which Dutch responded with something along the lines of "dude why the hell would I book this, when have I ever booked anything like this"

You'd figure Russo was trying to shift the blame over to somebody else, but I also vividly remember reports at the time about who was in charge of what angles in TNA that actually kinda backed Russo's version of events. Russo was listed as being hard at work on the VKM vs. Christy Hemme angle (should have probably put that on someone else instead god damn) and Dutch was listed as the one in charge of the Sting/Abyss feud.  But like...god damn it's difficult to think anyone else could have made this match. 

So my question, because let's be honest nobody's gonna say "I made this " anytime soon, who do you think is responsible for Sting's highly religious beatdown of Abyss

I remember Dixie said in an interview that Dutch was in charge of that match. Plus as a writer, Vince wouldn't be the guy structuring a match, that would be the agent.

I wonder if Abyss himself had anything to do with it. I know he had a tendency to suggest a bunch of things because he was a constant people-pleaser who would do anything for approval. Sting seems to, for better or worse, just do basically whatever is asked of him, so I guess he wasn't going to shoot it down even if Sting probably could have thrown his weight around if he really wanted to.
