What's your favorite ten year period of wrestling? For me, it's 87-97 because that's what I grew up on. I even look back fondly on some of the lame stuff due to nostalgia.

97-2007
i got started watching wrestling in about mid-97 so i have a lot fondness for the money night wars stuff, and ruthless aggression is my favorite era and this 10-year period has basically all of that, by 2007 they were at least attempting to force another era (to mixed results)
plus, TNA debuted during this time and a lot of its best stuff was 04-07
and ROH was around and great here too though i admittedly have little experience with it

91-01
Got into wrestling in 91 when I was 7 and then you’ve got the Attitude era right at the end when I was 16. It all falls off after that.

Specifically from around mid-97 with Austin/Bret feuding, the Undertaker/Kane story starting and hints of DX forming until mid-07 just before Benoit happened. I was actually loving 2007. On Raw the main event scene with Cena/HBK/Edge/Orton was great and Smackdown too with Batista/Undertaker and later Edge but after Benoit I just wasn't in the mood to watch wrestling for a while so that's the perfect cut-off point for me.

The past ten years.
I managed to keep enjoying WWE well into the 10s then finally got into indies around 2016, then stopped watching WWE and AEW started. Now I watch as many wrestling products as I can. We're in a golden age

2001-2011 More specifically 2002-2007. This. That's my favorite years by far. Prime Cena & when I actually liked TNA too. Plus fun being a kid of wrestling forums and being a huge Cena fan and EVERYBODY hating him lol. That's my peak wrestling fandom.

I hated Triple H, Edge, and Orton as a kid but I especially love Triple H watching the Evolution days.

Roughly 84-94, or the Hulkamania era through to Wrestlemania 10. Loved the WWF during that time and I adore pre-Hogan WCW. It's funny that one company becomes significantly worse once he leaves and the company he joins becomes significantly worse once he arrives.

This question causes me pain. If I say '85-'95 or '86-'96, it leaves out '97 and '98, which I loved. If I say '88-'98, it leaves out the SNME/early WrestleMania years, which I loved.
Let's pretend that late '93 to late '95 didn't exist so I can cover everything I need to cover.

To me TNA and RoH peaked with the unbreakable triple threat and summer of Punk, WWE had ONS. Eddie died that year and it was rough in WWE after that so I'd probably take 90s nostalgia over Eddiesplotaion, vodoo kin mafia and December to dismember. Then things got worse. No consistency since then, well until recently, I think we're in a little golden period so hope it can continue to make a full decade.

Probably 91 to 2001. Though that’s probably not a rock solid number because of the tapes I used to rent as a child.
Even though I started as a fan in 95, I’d rent ALOT of old WWF shows that were 5 years out of date. Like I’d spent a weekend in early 96 watching Royal Rumble 1991 or Wrestlemania VII. And of course I was a huge fan throughout the Monday Night Wars, especially WCW.
