He likely could of came back for these since it was in Texas. Who would he face?
If it were 25, I’d say it would absolutely have to be Cena. If they wanted to build Punk to be a megastar two years early it could of been him
32 would be a lot tougher: Cena, Orton and Rollins were all injured and they would of been the best choices. I guess out of the active roster maybe Taker? KO was still a midcarder at the time

I don't recall the years, but Punk almost had him talked into a match. So I'll say Punk.

Austin and Taker had awful chemistry when they were in their primes, so a match at 32 would have been unbelievably bad.
