Basically, make a GOOD version of Heroes of Wrestling. The only rules are: 1. The wrestler must have been still alive by 1999, 2. They must have been able to still work a match and 3. Nobody who was in WWF, WCW, or ECW at the time,

I'm giving this some thought but difficult to come up with good names not signed to the big 3 at the time, these are some names I thought of though
Vader - wrestled in AJPW that year and never in North America, but still very much active
Terry Funk - between retirements at that point I believe, but it's Terry Funk in that time period was he really inactive?
Tatanka - wrestled sparingly after leaving WWF in 1996
Jacques Rougeau
John Tenta
will try and come up with a show later
