Yeah, uh, that's an Avatar movie, all right.

Gah, I wonder how many times this will happen with me going forward...clicking on a title with Avatar on it and thinking, it has something to do with the Last Airbender variety of Avatar.

Oh man, I'm so excited about this! I've been looking forward to it since the last one ended! Finally the REAL MVP has returned!
But seriously, how does this look like exactly the same movie they made what, 20 years ago?
Thought the whole reason Cameron was so in love with this idea that almost everyone else seems so "meh" on is that it gave him the chance for spectacular visuals, and there's really not anything that impressive on display so far.

The Navi need some cooler looking guns, they still look so goofy with their rifles. I also hope there's a new antagonist faction that isn't just the military guys again but I highly doubt that'll happen.

I think I'll need a refresher on the first Avatar, a movie I know I've seen at least twice but have no recall of anything that even happened.

Yeah, uh, that's an Avatar movie, all right. Ha, even the Navi in the thumbnail looks like, "gee, this shit again?"

Just to see the internet reactions, I unironically kind of want this movie to make 3 billion dollars easily.

Looked amazing in IMAX 3D, I’m sure the plot is gonna suck again though but at least it looks nice visually in theaters.

I am kinda hoping the whole "water" aspect is going to make it feel fresher than if they went back to the rainforest, but yeah, going to be interesting to see how this goes in terms of performance.

I really just found the first movie an utter chore to sit through. No one's likable, most of the conflict is completely arbitrary, the entire thing is banking on you liking to look at these ugly ass cat guys.

I remember seeing the first one. Sitting there, with my 3D glasses, and just not getting it, buddy.…
In fairness, it probably would’ve helped if I’d pot the glasses on.

Is Sam Worthington back in this? That guy is just death to watch for me.

Is Sam Worthington back in this? That guy is just death to watch for me. Yup. Just about everybody from the first movie is back except for Michelle Rodriguez, though of the actors whose characters died first time around apparently only Sigourney Weaver is playing a new character.

Did James listen to all the criticisms of the last movie and take it into account for the writing of this script?
I have serious doubts.

"f*** James Cameron and his blue people f*** those preggo avatar babies , this movie is unimpressive now as it was than"

Eh, I’m indifferent to the weirdo cat martians. It might be an interesting watch, jokes aside.
