Hard to pick, I have several items from Lita that a hold dear to me. A lot of one of a kind stuff because her streams she did during the pandemic. Personal messages on postcards. 20 year Anniversary 8X10 she signed all of them so it count. Being she my all time favorite womens wrestler and to have a personal bond with her it easily becomes my favorite stuff.

My interactions with Wrestlers are and few between.
Few years back I met Pete Dunne and Toni Storm at my local Comic Book shop and have photos with them and Autographed pics.
Though my favourite was meeting Bret Hart at Waterstones in Bluewater. I have his book signed.

The top of my list would probably be the autograph from Shawn Michaels when my dad and I had a chance encounter with him at the hotel during SummerSlam ‘95 weekend. Dad told him we were celebrating my birthday that weekend, so Shawn wished me a happy birthday and gave me an autograph. And I shared an elevator ride with HBK—best birthday ever!
Shawn and I met again 17 years later at Axxess in Miami. Of course he didn’t recognize me (not that I expected him to) but a cool experience nonetheless.
I have a signed copy of Kurt Angle’s book when he did an appearance at Media Play. Despite the posted rules that he would only sign his book, Kurt autographed anything the fans gave him. When it was my turn, he shook my hand and told me he liked my shirt. (The shirt was from the ‘96 Olympic Games.)
I have pictures of myself with various wrestling personalities from my trips to Axxess, including HBK, Sheamus, Kane, Paul Bearer, Jimmy Hart, Bruno Sammartino, Layla, and The Miz.

My favorite picture I have us with Shinsuke Nakamura and he let me hold the IWGP IC Title and asked me if I was training. It was an honor to have met him

My favourite picture is one I took with YOSHI-HASHI of all people. This was back in late 2018 & it’s the biggest & most genuine smile I’ve ever committed to camera just because all I could think about was all the FAN & Reddit memes floating around at the time.

I know he's often maligned (and rightly so), but Al Snow was my favorite autograph. It was one of my first indie shows and I was with a friend who only like the Attitude Era. We wander to the merch and my friend only went up just to shake Al's hand, to which I made the comment that my friend wasn't a real fan. Anyway Al and I exchange pleasantries as he gets my shirt and autograph ready. As I wander back to my seat I mutter "that @sshole!". The autograph said "To Rob, a real fan." I take consolation in the fact that mine was one the few that didn't have the generic "stay cool, what does everybody want?, etc."

I used to have a signed PWI 500 with John Cena on the cover and his signature. I have no idea what happened to it, and it was one of my favorite celebrity meeting experiences ever!
I also have a signed copy of Goldust's book and a signed toy winged eagle title by Mick Foley.

Great story behind how I ended up with this which one day I may type up and share, but for now let’s just say that Kevin Steen goes absolutely above and beyond for his fans.

I have several.
A poster (I want to say 16x20”) of the original Four Horsemen (Flair, Arn, Tully, Ole, and JJ) signed by all 5. I got when Ole did his one and only Horsemen reunion.
I have a similar poster of the Barry Windham lineup also signed by all 5.
I have Bobby Heenan’s Prime Time sweatshirt, signed. I got several things signed by Bobby that day, and really you can count any of them.
A replica Bullet mask signed by Bob Armstrong.
The WWE Encyclopedia, signed by a lot of people, several of whom are no longer with us.
Photos that my late aunt took or purchased at Southeastern shows in the late ‘70s, some of which are signed. The big one for me is Ron Wright, who rarely left East Tennessee but was on top there for 20 years or so and resurfaced in Smoky Mountain Wrestling as a wheelchair bound manager.
A book about the domed globe NWA title, signed by Ric Flair, Harley Race, Terry Funk, Dusty Rhodes, and Tommy Rich.
An 8x10 (purchased from longtime Florida ringside photographer Duane Long) of Kevin Sullivan and “The Purple Haze” Mark Lewin in the only appearance I know of Lewin making. I knew little about Lewin, but had heard his good friend Gary Hart describe him as “a strange bird.” When I handed him the photo, he stared at it for a few seconds, then stared at me a few seconds, then back at the photo, then back at me, and finally he quietly asks, “Are they selling these photos here?” I told him I got it from Duane Long, and he immediately changed. “I should have known it was Duane’s, you can see so much detail in the folds of the robe!” He then showed it to Abdullah the Butcher, who was sitting next to him. He personalized the signature to me and signed as the Purple Haze, which I don’t think he was doing much.
An 8x10 signed by Jack Brisco. The signing went longer than expected and he had to leave to catch a flight. Instead of telling us, “Sorry, not my fault,” he went down the line signing for all of us.
I didn’t get it in person, but I have an old magazine signed by Killer Kowalski.
A copy of Sports Illustrated from (I think) 1957 signed by Danny Hodge. He made the cover because of his freakish NCAA record and Olympic silver medal (he was screwed out of the gold).
A USSR flag signed by Ivan Koloff and Nikolai Volkoff.
There may be more, that’s just what jumps out at me.

I’ve thought about getting pictures of everything and making a thread about my collection, but would there actually be interest in that or would it just be something I think is cool?

I only have a signed photo from Molly Holly. I talked to her on the phone, too, and she was so nice.

It's hard to choose between pictures with Jake Roberts (who was very nice, in particular to my then 12 year old son), Lanny Poffo (who recited his SS 92 poem for us) or Fred Ottman (an absolute gem of a man).
Honorable mentions go to the Nasty Boys, the Wyatt Family and MJF (always in character and absolutely hilarious).

Don't have much. I have an autographed pic of Mick Foley I got after his stand-up set. I also have a pic with Batista from a Comic-con.
Somewhat related, shortly after the pandemic started, I ordered a Danhausen shirt from his Pwtees store, he later sent me a brief in-character thank you video, which I still have saved.

Fred Ottman (an absolute gem of a man). Boy I can't agree more. A gentle giant with no ego whatsoever. My best experience is probably getting a ton of autographs for my WWE Encylopedia. Ashley Massaro stood out that day. To find out just 3 weeks later she took her own life was an absolute punch to the gut.

I was in the closet when I saw Charlie Morgan make her entrance at Wrestle Queendom I, draped in a rainbow flag, and going on to win the title
A year or so later, now out to the whole world, I met Charlie at another EVE show and told her that she had changed my life
She gave me an 8 by 10 for free that I still have
